Tom and his team have done an excellent job restoring our sash windows. He gave us a timely and well priced quote for the work and fitted us in swiftly after we paid our deposit. We had quite a few windows that had rotten sills and frames, but Tom has restored them to a high standard. He and his team were incredibly punctual, and kept us well informed as to what progress has been made throughout. They also left the place super clean and tidy! Overall, we’re really grateful for Tom and his for doing such a fantastic job - thank you!

Tom and his team were amazing! They were so professional and respectful throughout, and were great at communicating and answering all of our questions. They also did an excellent job of cleaning up after each day, which was really appreciated. The results are amazing too - our flat is so much warmer and quieter now! Oct 23. New Life Sash Windows and his crew have just finished a fantastic job refurbing and double glazing my sash windows in BS8. The finished product is excellent, the service from the team was brilliant and his working relationship with a crew who paint the windows inside and out took so much stress from project managing the job. Highly recommended.

Tom and his team have just refurbished, draught proofed and double glazed all the sash windows in my flat. They’ve done a brilliant job! The windows were pretty awful before - draughty, rotten and some didn’t open but now they have been restored to their formal glory. I’m really happy with them - they have much such a difference to the noise and warmth in the flat. Tom kept me informed all the way through the process and the team were lovely to have around. Reliable, trustworthy and tidied up so well when they’d finished. I would totally recommend them!

Great guy. Quick initial response and came around to recce the job. Came back, again so fast, with a quote.Restore/replace entire bay window (four windows across) in a Victorian house. And double glazed.The whole thing from initial quote to finished job was 33 days! The team Tom brought in with him were delightful, so tidy. They even hoovered my stairs as they left. Honestly couldn't recommend more.

We've just had 3 sash windows serviced/repaired/draughtproofed, and 2 others serviced and refitted with new double-glazed Accoya sashes.Tom came to look at the windows, and suggest and advise on the course of action best-suited to our needs; he was then quick to send us an itemised, window by window estimate for the work to be done, and an approximate start date (which turned out to be pretty accurate).Accoya wood is very expensive, but if you want to retain traditional looks and use traditional but sustainable materials, then it's a top choice; the restoration work is not cheap either of course, but 'New Life' provide quality work: you get what you pay for.The work was carried out by Tom and his team of Rollo and Lincoln; they are courteous, helpful and happy workers, are easy to have around the house, and I would have had no hesitation in leaving them alone in the place; they all know what they're doing, and work efficiently to professional standards. And of course, they did a very good job of cleaning up and taking away any debris at the end.I recommend them with absolutely no hesitation.
