I use Crystal to provide cleaning cover for my in-house cleaners when they are on leave. Efe and his team are always really helpful and responsive. Andrea, the cleaner, is always punctual, polite and her cleaning standards are very high.

I work for a retailer and the this company was stealing from retailers in Plymouth then when confronted nobody spoke English . They would try to pocket anything they could then when confronted tried to plead ignorance . Working in a student accommodation in the city . I certainly would not hire their company

This is the first time using Crystal FM for my Student property and they did not let me down. They cleaned over 200 rooms for me within 5 days and the quality was amazing. Any snagging that needed doing was done and they left my rooms the best they have ever looked. Some early teething communications problems but that did not detract from the main aim of the job - Super clean rooms, delivered in a small timeframe. If you manage Student Accommodation you know what the rooms can look like and these guys delivered. I will be using them every year from now on.

Worked with these guys on a big contract cleaning student accommodation in Glasgow.. they stole a phone - bluetooth speaker and our equipment!! (All on camera too) Refused to speak english when confronted. No accountability from the supervisor either. Avoid at all costs!! If they can steal from us can easily steal from a client too. As for the cleaning the snags were terrible - we had to fix their rooms. Not done to any standard to be honest - rooms supposed to be nice and fresh for the new students arriving weren't even clean. Terrible service from them and shocking attitude. Stealing is wrong!!!

Really bad company avoid at all cost they we're in cleaning a student acomidation they stole a phone a speaker other things there work is really poor no effort at all they are only interested in is to see what stuff they can find to steal theifs and nothing else couldn't even rate 1 star very bad attitudes as I speak no English to when they are caught stealing disgusting behaviour from a cleaning company

They helped us complete a builders clean to a really good standard. Thanks to Efe and guys on site. No issues and were great with the hospitality!
