Well stocked and lovely friendly staff. Accessibility around the shop is great for wheelchairs and prams. Car park needs better marked disabled bays as they often get used by those without blue badges (car park isnt managed by Penparc however).

Not only are the staff very helpful and knowledgeable at your Stafford store . On Sunday I found out what great people they really were, I had a major problem with my car and no mobile with me. TheyHelped me get RAC rescue etc they do you great creditIn my view staff are a reflection of your business .

By far, the best pet shop I've been to.The staff are amazing, always happy to help and provide advice. The store itself is spacious, clean and very well laid out.There is a vast selection of items for pretty much all pets, I didn't notice anything for fish - although, that isn't what I go here for.The range of foods available for dogs is superb. Everything from dry dog food (which there's a huge variety of), to the broad selection of raw foods with prices to suit all budgets.Now that they're owned by Jollees, there is a good discount system for members.Definitely my number one choice when shopping for the pooch.

Friendly staff, great choice of stuff for the dog, and plenty of puppy food to choose from which our pup finally likes! (We've tried so many brands of puppy food)

Gone down the drain a bit since we first started coming here as its been taken over,less stock on the shelves,expensive and now we can't order our dog food anymore as they no longer able to??Poor business model in my opinion I also feel sorry for the staff as custom will drop away from now on.

They do a brand of hypoallergenic dog food called Wet Noses and it has worked amazingly well for our dog. She has had a terrible time in the past being sick after eating but no issues whatsoever on their food!
