Customer service absolutely disgusting. Tried to sell our old phone. Originally got quoted one price and came in again two days later for them to take £40 off and then not tell us where the quote was from. Asked where the quote was from and he replied “does it matter?”Avoid this shop…dishonest and I would go as far as saying he didn’t actually check and was going to pocket £40. We checked other shops and got the original price.

Very considerate, gave me a discount because the guy heard that I was stressed. Couldn't afford the £300 screen repair for my cracked phone, but he sort me out with a good screen protector and a case, which he discounted for me both.The prices were usually £19.99 for screen protector and £15 for case, but the discount reduced both prices to £7.50, so I ended up paying £15 for both when I could've spent £35. He didn't have to be so generous.Thanks to him, now I have a trusted phone shop that I can go to. I don't care about the discounts just the fact that he was so kind about it just makes me happy! Atleast I have a place to go to instead of these scammy ones.

Sunday, extremely busy, end of day, and just two staff members. Friendly and helpful. Doesn't overcharge. Really quick fix times for phone screens. Good service in general!

Excellent customer service from Ashley, I had a problem with my Canon camera power supply plug, although it has nothing to do with a mobile, he went the extra mile for me to get it fixed in no time at all. Now I can Film my podcasts in peace. Thank you ITech.

Tech House in Bromley and, in particular, Ashley helped me recently very patiently when my phone was stolen. You can buy used and new phones there. The new ones are slightly below the market price. Despite having gone back twice for help they remained very very professional and didn't charge me for this additional service. They also help explain problems with laptops as well for free.

Great mobile phone repair shop. Best ive found. Fixed a fold 3 front screen and rather them saying screen was completely broken and needed new screen they managed to fix the screen without replacing it and saving me lots of money. Ashley was fantastic and great customer service. 100% recommended. Thanks guys.
