I have only great things to say about our experience with Mandy and Russell Collins and what a delight it was to finally find an estate agent that seemed to care about it's customers and made us feel catered for throughout the whole process. A professionally run Estate Agent who has been fantastic throughout.Mandy and the team at Russell Collins have been amazing from the moment we first called. Mandy especially has been extremely professional throughout our first home purchase and has always been there for us at every point throughout the process. Mandy has treated us amazingly well throughout what could sometimes be a stressful experience and we feel very lucky to have dealt with Russell Collins.We have had great communication throughout and always managed to get in contact with Russell Collins whenever we needed. I am very happy to say that I would highly recommend Mandy, Ray and the Team for their great knowledge of the property market along with their fantastic service and attention to detail throughout.

RC, especially Mandy and Ray, were absolutely fantastic from start to finish of buying a flat. I was a first time buyer so the whole process was initially quite daunting, but Mandy helped massively with working out what my requirements actually were and was great at putting up with my uncertainty and inexperience with the process. Their huge knowledge of the local market was incredibly useful throughout, as was their openness about what sellers were expecting. After the offer and even completion they have continued to be massively helpful, including passing on questions to the seller and recommendations for local solicitors and tradespeople.Overall I would thoroughly recommend Russell Collins to anyone looking in the area.

I bought my first home through Russell Collins, and I had such a good experience. My sales negotiator Jess was a true gem throughout the whole process, always quick to respond to all my enquiries, big or small. As a first time buyer, and as someone who’s only been in the UK for a couple years, I was basically shooting from the hip and hoping that what made sense in my head correlated with how things work in the real world. We had good communication the whole time, and both Jess and Ray were wonderful people to deal with. I have just bought a very big selection of paints and I am very happy in my new home.

Absolutely brilliant Estate Agent- both Mandy and Ray were so helpful as agent for the seller. As the buyer- they assisted me in the purchase. (Much more than professionally required). Mandy called me with an amazing flat- and it is! They are a brilliant team with excellent local knowledge. The best Estate Agent in Ealing- straightforward and meticulous. It makes such a big difference to experience excellent service which is rare in UK! I am so grateful to Russell Collins.

House moving can be so stressful, our experience was certainly frustrating but Ray worked really hard to ensure that everything from his buyers side of the exchange process was communicated effectively with transparency, through to completion.Russell Collins are such an approachable, local and friendly EA who are refreshingly honest and open. Without Ray’s knowledge or advice we would have found the entire exchange process with all its pitfalls so utterly unbearable. Thank you Ray for letting me vent!We bought our first flat with RC 13yrs ago and had no doubt in returning to them to sell it!

It's been such a pleasure working with Mandy and Russell Collins! Mandy has been a fantastic support from the moment she showed us properties and quickly understood what we were looking for. Once we found a property we really liked and decided to put an offer on, Mandy held our hands and was on deck throughout the entire process and the ups and downs inherent to a property purchase.As first time buyers, having her support has definitely made the experience much smoother and it was just really nice to see how genuinely happy for us she was once we completed.Ray did quite a bit of heavy lifting in the background, too, which really demonstrates how professional the team at Russell Collins is, and how they really try to ensure that ultimately both parties involved in the sale/purchase are satisfied.

If I could give a 100 star review I would. Exceptional Service from start to finish. After loosing my mum a few years ago we had to sell my mothers home and Ray came over to get my home on the market. I really liked him from that first meeting. Friendly, Kind and very professional. After a horrible year of delays and paperwork issues we got there in the end and the personal service this beautiful human offered us was beyond amazing! He has become a friend to my family now and he took my awful situation personally and helped me find a rental in one week after selling my home he saved me honestly and im beyond grateful. He took me and our situation on like I was a family member and without Ray and Dean and the girls I don't know what would have happened to us as no other estate agent in Ealing would help me or ever called me back when I was looking for help I was very frustrated. I saw a few flats with other estate agents in Ealing and they were awful and extremely unprofessional, grunting, rolling eyes and didn't want to be there obviously and really just did not give a care in the world. I don't know how there all still in business to be honest with you!My advice to anyone who sees this review use Russell Collins Estate agents you will not be disappointed. I could literally leave a 10 page essay with all he reasons you should use this company to buy sell or rent. To Ray, Dean, Mandy, Paula and everyone else at Russell Collins Thankyou from the bottom of my heart for everything you are amazing! I wanted a local estate agent that had their finger on the pulse in terms of knowing the local market and the type of property I was selling. Russell Collins provided me with good advice from the outset, valued my property realistically and marketed it well with superb photos, so I definitely recommend them to future sellers. Also, their recommendation of an excellent local solicitor made my life a lot easier.

Simply the best estate agent in London. We rented through russell collins and throughout the process (viewings, check in, maintenance, check out) they were supportive and professional. After 12 years of renting in London, with horrendous experiences with estate agents, it was refreshing to work with the Russell Collins team who were knowledgeable and genuine. In particular, Paula was our main contact and was amazing and very responsive.If I was staying in Ealing, I would use no one else for renting, buying, or selling.

Fantastic agents, genuinely cared about me as a buyer and really did help me to find the right property. The service could not have been better, they genuinely are on topof their game. My agent Mandy was truly fantastic, she is just amazing and honestly could not have done more to help!!I would give more than 5 stars if possible!!
