Jackson F&S have serviced our alarm for two years. We have paid and they carry out the service well. However, we have for the first time had an issue with our alarm.We have not received call-backs in good time, the call-out has been delayed twice, and they were not courteous in letting us know so we could plan our day. There wasn't even a 'sorry' but a 'it's one of those things'.We've literally decided to go with another company rather than have them carry out the work that is a part of their service-level agreement.I guess we weren't a high enough priority for them.
