Richard was unpleasant and rude when we asked for changes to some mounting. The changes were minor, and we were happy to pay for them. His framing work is certainly good but he clearly has issues with anger management that he needs to work on. We were polite and friendly at every stage, but were made to feel stupid by Richard.
