It was my first time doing a facial with Natalie and she was honestly a pleasure. My skin was really dehydrated and I has some texture on my face. After the facial, i could spot a real difference in my skin. Natalie was extremely knowledgeable and the products she used really helped tackle the dullness I had. She even gave me some items to take home with me. I'll definitely be using her services again !!!

I had a Dermaplaning facial with Natalie last week, my first time accessing her service and i must say it was a fantastic experience. Natalie explained every steps of what she was doing, the product that was being applied and why, which showcase her knowledge and professionalism in my opinion. She was very warm, friendly, we talked throughout the session and find out we have so much in common. I was caught in the rain before arriving at her place, the heated massage bed that i laid on for the facial was really needed and makes her service stand out from others. My first experience of having a facial by Natalie was most definitely an excellent one. She put me at ease and was very warm and friendly. She is professional in every way and gave excellent advice regarding products I should use for daily skincare.The area was very clean, welcoming and I was given the choice of having my facial done with or without music. I chose to have music, which made the whole experience so amazing!Natalie is a very knowledge beautician and overall, I can say that she did a fantastic facial. It was very relaxing, as she used good symmetrical touch making the whole experience very comforting. Natalie does an amazing job every time I see her. I feel very comfortable while she does my facial no matter that treatment I have. My skin always feel amazing and looks great after my appointment.

I booked a Dermaplaning session with Natalie and it was my first visit to her. I will definitely be booking again. I found her professional and very easy to relate to. Her in-home salon was calm and the treatment was very relaxing. Natalie gave me advise on skincare (even advice on my son's teenage skin problems, along with recommendations on products that may be good for him to try). My treatment was excellent. I have very fair and fine hair - in the past i have had to return to a Salon to ask them to finish the job, but Natalie was really thorough. She also took time to move my appointment several times to accommodate my treatment so that i had enough time for my skin to heal prior to my holiday - Natalie booked me in on her birthday! Natalie also provided me with a little goodie bag to help my sensitive skin calm down after the treatment. I will definitely be booking in her her again.
