I rang 24/7 this morning after being told by my dad's garage that a pick up would be around £150-160 from Oxford to Birmingham. I rang 4 Tow companies and one tow company in Oxford where the owner of that garage told me to ring his mate who asked for £360. The others either couldn't get to Oxford today or asked for around £250. I'm a single mum who is a community nurse, I am on my arse. Auto 24/7 not only got to my car in an hour but also didn't rip me off and over charge. I didn't tell them the estimated pick up, I wanted to see if they'd try and rip me off. They didn't. They sent me pictures of my car being picked up and asked for the right amount of money to do that pick up. If you're a female who knows nothing about cars, recovery services then I would most definitely recommend these guys. I've had the worst experience over the past few days and these guys help restore my faith in humans!! Thank you for being quick, efficient, professional, reliable and fair with your costs.

Very friendly, collected and loaded very quickly and at a great price. Hope I don't ever need recovery again, but if I did then I'd happily use these guys again. Was recovered from Hampshire and taken back home to North Devon
