The Maintenance Service Team have been so helpful with come adhoc repairs at our home - they've replaced a lino floor and a built in microwave. They are always very reliable by email and phone and we will continue to use and recommend them.

Reposting from Plumbing Team Ltd's page, as I called Plumbing Team Ltd via Check-a-trade to book the job, and this is their sister company who carried out the works:A relatively simple job gone wrong, water leaked into the downstairs flat. I asked them to replace silicone sealant in my shower, and I'm not sure if they even used silicone (almost looks like Polyfilla). The poor workmanship can be seen in the attached photos, with cracks in the 'sealant'. After giving 48 hours for it to dry, I showered and the downstairs flat complained of water flowing into their flat. This was a hack job wasting time and money.I've asked whether they'd repair/paint the downstairs flats ceiling as compensation but haven't heard anything yet, so this will now go on our buildings insurance increasing our premium... I strongly recommend never using The Plumbing Team Ltd or The Maintenance Services Team Ltd.

Just had a new front door supplied and installed by these guys. Great service from start to finish. They turn up on time, do a great job, are polite and professional and competitively price their work. Can't ask for more. Highly recommended.

If your thinking of working for this company I would bother wasting your time I worked there for just over two months they started off ok then I would get job be how long I be on job for then half though the I would told you need to finish the job that day I decided to leave end of day & move on the next the van was taken from my house with all my tools & personal belonging in on the van when the person's responsible for taking the they would not answer there phone's & made as different to get my tools back,. Which I did in end.Then it came to getting my finel pay nearly 3month later I still have not been paid after on numerous occasions it would payed in bank, I would phone office to be told the person's dealing with this was not in would be returning on a date which was true after lots chances to sort this out, that they have sent wages slips finel after asking some many times for them so this payment has registered with HMRC on payment has go in my bank the person's who dearling with this say not going dealing with at moment,. Off I go to Employment Tribunal court to get my money.SO I WOULD STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY

I recently had two jobs carried out at my property by the maintenance services team, the first of which was my EICR with an engineer called Dan. He arrived bang on time and was exemplary throughout, the report was carried out very efficiently and Dan was more then happy to answer any queries I had. Dan was a real merit to your company.Following Dans visit I had another electrical engineer (Mark) attend to my outdoor lighting. I needed a full replacement of my patio lighting and I'm so glad Mark was the one who carried out these works. Mark was very insightful and completed the lighting to an outstanding level, I'm looking forward to many wonderfully illuminated summer evenings.I want to thank both engineers for their great workmanship, I will be recommending your company to anyone and everyone.

The Maintenance Service Team came almost immediately and like the previous times were incredibly efficient, calling on different members of the team during the job for specialist knowledge as necessary, and were very effective in resolving my issues. They've now done about a week's work altogether in my house and are brilliant as well as great value.

I recently had a Kitchen renovation to create an extra bedroom just before Christmas. Chris and his team where fantastic. Dan and Ryan also provided an excellent Job with the electrical's. They all worked very hard to make sure it was completed before Christmas. I found the team to be punctual, reliable and honest and all their work is of an exceptional quality always leaving my home clean & tidy at the end of there day.I would definitely recommend there services for future use thank you again and keep up the great work :)

Used The Maintenance Service Team to undertake some minor refurbishment works as part of a mini project. What should have been 4 days work dragged on for more than 5 weeks and became very disruptive. Works were poorly managed and poorly planned, with no regard whatsoever for customer care or satisfaction. I was left with a home that resembled a building site for much of the time that the works were being carried out, with no access to a working kitchen, which left me ordering take out for 5 weeks. Electrical works were carried out in haste and without proper care or due regard for industry standards. To finish off, I was refused the electrical safety certificate on completion of the site works which was a legal and regulatory requirement when circuits have been modified. This was only eventually provided 3 weeks after completion following a lot of wrangle. I would never recommend that anyone ever uses this company for any sort of project bigger than fixing a leaking tap. The only saving grace on the project was Eugene who was very diligent and took pride in his work. Thankyou Eugene.

The maintenance team attended my property and carried out some decorating for me. Very professional, very tidy and always arrived on time. I would highly recommend the maintenance team for any works in your property.

JOB: disconnect old hardwired, plumbed in condenser dryer in a stacking system, replace old stacking shelf and fit new condenser dryer (hardwire and plumb). Great service. I phoned them, explained my needs, they got back to me within 10 mins with a date and a quote. All arranged very quickly and for a reasonable price. Chap turned up, very pleasant, super helpful, did a great job. Delighted to have found this company, I would certainly use them again. My installation expert was Matt (he's fab).
