Lincoln Dental Care

I am 38+5 days pregnant and have been to my own dentist 2 times this week in immense pain.I rang this dentist today as I was still in awful pain and crying most days.The care and attention I received was outstanding. The dentist was kind and considerate and fixed my problem there and then. It was such a relief to not be in pain anymore and cause unnecessary stress on my unborn baby.I would highly recommend this dentist. I just wish I knew her name

The most wonderful dentist I have ever been to, from the helpful reception staff to the very skilled dentist and his assistant. I was so worried having a tooth out and Alex made me feel at ease and so relaxed. Worth every penny, highly recommended.

After my last examination, which I paid urgently and I went after 5 days and then they took a picture and told me to drink an antibiotic. I started to drink it but the pain remained and that's why I turned to another place where they cured it and they didn't want it they did and they charged me a lot of money for no work. That's why I don't recommend them and I wouldn't go there again.

i booked in stating that i had a wisdom tooth coming in that has given me an infection. this has happened twice before and both times i’ve been given antibiotics and it’s cleared up, today he stated that my tooth is in fact growing in, but hasn’t fully (i already knew that) and then said nothing for a few mins while he printed a thing out for me to have an x ray at the hospital. he barely looked at my teeth especially the one in question. he didn’t ask me questions, didn’t look into my symptoms that i gave him. when emailing them saying that this all happened and how it was a pointless waste of time for them to just dismiss me with nothing, and had me leave with an infection that could get worse and end up in a bad situation. they replied saying that they offered me an x-ray in there and that if i had said yes i would’ve essentially been given antibiotics by now, i’m amazed at their confidence to just lie like that, nothing of the sort was offered to me, about 90% of my appointment was in silence or having an explanation of how it’ll go at the hospital. to pretend you offered me an x-ray in my appointment is complete lies, i would’ve said yes? as i need it sorting immediately. they also said at one point that they didn’t see signs of infection, maybe if you actually looked more than one second youd have seen something, or atleast inquire into my symptoms i gave? i’ve had this twice before, i know what it is and i know what’s happening. they knew they could lie as they said all this to my mum who wasn’t in the room with me and couldn’t disprove them when they said that in the email. shocking service, waste of money, they lie about you, steal your money to state the obvious and then lie when called out on their lack of inquiring and ability to help.

Had a tooth out yesterday I was absolutely petrified but the dentist Alex and dental nurse was absolutely amazing they made it a lot easier ,also receptionist really nice

Lucky to be receiving 1 star! Absolutely rubbish! I was in so much pain and was told that I would be need to pay £55 when i got there, as the practice are not taking on nhs patients! I was also told i would be seen at the end of clinic and after racing through Lincoln, teatime traffic, despite calling and stating where we were, the dentist went home at 17:00, we got to the practice at 17:04!!! I was crying I pain and at a loss! Have since, had the tooth removed, under local anaesthetic! Just disgusting!

We joined Lincoln Dental Practise Neward road over two years ago.It was nearer than our NHS dentist and they were taking on patients based on an NHS price equivalent plan.I work as a full time carer for my grandma who has alzheimers and get £76 from the government to do that. My parents who are both elderly pensioners in their 70s live in a annex next door to me where they have me if they need me. They are of an age where their teeth really need keeping an eye on.We could never afford private prices.After two years of paying the NHS equivalent price plan they took us on with which we have evidence of.The last two times we visited they claimed we have to pay the private prices and that they wernt doing the NHS equivalent price plan anymore.When I said this isnt right or fair they agreed that as they had started the NHS equivalent price plan with us they needed to continue it and couldnt just back out.But then I received emails from the dentist to say they didnt know what we were talking about and the NHS price plan didnt exist.Within then a week of our last visit to them we got a threatening email to say book your next appointment soon or we will strike you off the list"This is going to leave two elderly people very vulnerable.My mum especially is really anxious and stressed over this and she has a heart condition which can be triggered by stress.I'm going to call trading standards and citizens advise to see where we stand with this in the hope of taking them to court."

Whilst I did not use the services advertised, I was a potential new customer. I called them and spent 15 minutes waiting on the phone for someone to answer. All the time I was listening to the same piece of music, sporadically interrupted with reassurances of how important my call is to them. I am sorry, but they did NOT make me feel important. There was clearly nobody to even answer the phone and ask me to hold. If this is what they call important"

Have been a patient now of well over a year. I have a great dentist there Mr Cillian and I had a root canal with regular 6 month check ups and cleaning. Can't fault it
