I previously took my phone to be fixed in another shop when i received my phone back it was not working properly. I brought my phone to imex to be repaired, it was repaired very quickly and for cheaper and i was also given a case and a screen protector completely free. I am really pleased with the service i have received here and will be telling friends and family to go here if any phones need fixed

Went in to get a diagnostic on my laptop where the touchpad wasn’t working and screen was flickering. They cleaned it up for me free of charge and it is now fixed! They also gave great recommendations for improving speed of laptop. Very pleased with the friendly and efficient service- would recommend!

What a great service from the very helpful gentleman working in iMex. Very fast and frindly service. Once I left the store he ran the diagnosistic report on the phone and discovered that there was a short in the phone, which he very quickly repaired and contacted me to come and collect my phone after a couple of hours. As you can imagine I was extremely happy with the service that I recieved. If I ever have any reason to get a phone repaired again I will definitely go back to iMex again! Hi was also given a free screen protector

Very helpful and honest. I strongly recommend this place. I am very impressed with Shaz as Vodafone store said I need new mobile. I phoned few mobile repair shop they said it will cost £40 to £70. Shaz checked it and restarted it .My mobile is working fine.He wouldn't charge me anything. I am very pleased for his excellent service.
