Amazing customer service from a lovely lady called Liberty. She went above and beyond when helping me try to source the sold out hourglass concealer before my holiday next week.I visited the store on 2 occasions and she was the most helpful, she recommended the perfect colour, and then managed to find it in store to save me ordering it online. She is a credit to the team and after such good service I shall now be regularly shopping here!

Awful customer experience. I went there today to look for a foundation and was ignored as the younger staff was having a chat. I had to interrupt to ask for help and felt like I was interrupting their conversation...It used to be amazing customer service but seem to have changed.

Great products and great customer service. I highly recommend going into store rather than buying online.Thank you to Tatiana for a wonderful experience in Space NK Nottingham recently. She heard my skincare concerns and made some great recommendations. I've only been using the products for a couple of days and already I can see improvements to my skin.I was also given some testers to try which I really appreciate. Thank you again.

The ladies here are so wonderful and patient! I was helped to find my correct foundation shade as well as taught some bits about each product I asked about! When an error occurred with the payment systems they fixed it exceptionally quickly and were so helpful through the entire process.

Liberty and Lily were both so super helpful and lovely to me! Particularly being a women of colour, selecting makeup products has always been difficult and daunting, but they made my experience wonderful and I can’t thank them enough. Highly recommend them and truly know they are a credit to space nk!

A lovely lady called Jess helped me. She was so patient with all my questions and talked me through a skincare routine. I couldn't recommend them enough!

I like shopping at space nk online ,but today I was in the city so decided to visit the store, was looking for lip balm i wanted to order , picked two up to check what colour they were and placed back them and then a lady who works there came to me and took both of the lip balms I was looking and walked away , I was about to ask her if they have that balm in other shade but she completely ignored me. I think she took them to check if they re still in the packaging , like WHHAT ?! Terrible service , will never go back

Oh my goodness, i’m not one to review, however on this occasion I feel that credit should be given to a lady called Kerry. my daughter and I both commented on how friendly and welcoming this lady was when being served in the store on Sunday. Helped me choose my mascara!! thanks Kerry, made me realise that going into shop is far better than buying online.

As ever with Space NK, the range of products is great here and nicely presented. They don't always have stuff in stock but we all know supply chains are an issue at the moment, so that's understandable.However, I've shopped with Space NK for over a decade and been to a lot of the branches and this one has very hit-and-miss customer service.Such a shame as I LOVE the products and it has usually been my favourite shop, but the experience really varies here.It is pretty difficult to get service and usually takes time (which is a pain if I'm popping in on my lunch break), and it simply isn't as friendly as I've experienced in other shops. Maybe they are simply over-worked or unhappy but it can feel quite unwelcoming.On the bright side, I am sure I've saved £100s by shopping there less often!

So I never write reviews. BUT I had to on this occasion. Having visited this store since I was 8/9 years old with my mum .. now 28, I’ve had many experiences here. Today I walked in looking for a lipstick to wear everyday in my new job. The sales associate was incredibly helpful and allowed me to try different ones… which then led to me walking out with many more items due to her incredible sales skills. Liberty was absolutely lovely!!!!!! She was not pushy at all, indulged me in trying on lots of different products and recommending her favourites whilst also being very honest about the products which weren’t as great ( which I really appreciated.). I will now be returning for a tinted moisturiser due to the sample she gave me being amazing!!! Thank you Liberty for a fantastic shopping experience and being so lovely!
