I do not recommend this company at all.Ive made order based on their advert with week turn around. half of my order arrived after 2 weeks, other half is still missing. Nobody replies to my emails or messages but but to make payment they called me within 5 mins !! Logo wrongly printed on jackets. I didnt even got my invoice. What a joke, waste of time and money.

Quick at taking money, terrible at sorting issues.It’s a shame as the hats we ordered were awesome, the clothes seem good quality but as they sent 90% of the order in wrong sizes we can’t wear them. Ignored us for a month and when they finally reply it’s false promises. Find another company or take your chances and hope the order is right.

Placed an order on October 13th, no approve email for logo after 3 weeks, not in junk either. Tried ringing and ringing, no answer. Eventually spoke to someone that gave the excuse the website had been hacked but they can see my order and will get it sorted asap. Still absolutely nothing. Shambles of a company, horrendous customer service. Only tried them because of a deal I and seen on Facebook. Never again. Steer Clear of these crooks!!! 0 Stars given if possible.

Brilliant quality embroidery and clothing and arrived within 10 days. Will be ordering again.

Avoid this company!! Ordered a splash back from them 1/05/2020, order was confirmed 3/05/20 and then nothing, sent numerous messages, emails, calls. They only respond to comments on Facebook but that’s just to fob you off. They’ve deleted all my comments and blocked me from the page after promising to call me. 17 weeks since I paid £158 and nothing received, I’m having to claim via my credit card company. I followed this company for 4 years before purchasing so please don’t be fooled like I was into thinking they were reputable.

Do not get anything from this company. I purchased 10 tshits 3 hoodies 5 hats and a couple of jackets in October I still have not received all of my products they sent me out 3 half of my gears in January and nothing since. They have been unprofessional at every turn,I have sent email after email with no reply they rang me 7 weeks ago apologising for the delay saying my stuff will be with me the following week nothing came I rang 2 weeks ago and Stephen promised me my stuff will be with me in two days..... that did not happen.Cowboys is an understatement for the company. I've watched for the last 5 months put up new posts so at least they look after some clients.oh they take your money no problem but they won't give you the product you ask for.I give 1 star only because I can't give 0

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Placed an order of over £300 and they was all over me for the payment after the order and absolutely nothing since! They didn't even send me an invoice or my logo style or anything!they do NOT reply to emails or Instagram messages. There phone system is never on its blank. I've had nothing arrive in over 3 weeks. Please please please DO NOT USE!!

Placed an order after seeing an ad on Facebook. £300.Never received any communication from them. Very quick to reply about new orders but not any support.Rang them and got through a few times but always excuses.Never replied to an email or a Facebook message after payment. Promised delivery in 2 weeks now 6.Please refund me my order #24581Stay well away didn't think companies like this still existed.Used Cuchulainn and never had this issue

Urban Print & Embroidery avoid this company at all cost!!!! they are so unproffesional I actually Dont know how they call themselves a company, we placed an order on October 16th and were told we'd be sent our logo on the next two days to confirm 3 weeks go by not a single word from them I had to ring and text eventually someone answered and they made all sort of excuses blaming the weather for the delay ? Then they informed me my logo wouldn't work it would destroy the body warmers (couldnt or told me this 3 weeks ago) then when I asked for a refund the bodywarmwrs could miraculously be done I was also told absolutely irrelevant personal information off the staff telling me they we're scammed 20k ??? I eventually recieved my package which was missing not one but two body warmers, when I called they told me they were destroyed during production a vital piece of information they never thought they had to tell me ?? they had the audacity to ask me to reshare the body warmer being made to help promote their page when I havent even received my full package the only thing I'd people to do is avoid at all cost ordwr was initially placed on the 16th October it is now the 4th of December and still waiting my package !!!!
