Was very happy with the staff at the boutique.Very knowledgable, attentive and created a nice relaxed atmosphere where I felt genuinely valued as a customer.

Brought my first Tag Heuer and had the most fantastic service. All the staff were very knowledgeable and friendly.Strongly recommend in visiting the store and buying your Tag Heuer from this store.

Having decided that I wanted to purchase TAG watch, I visited the Watford store where I was met by Marquella, who enquired if I had a particular model in mind, she helped me select a few to view, she was very informative, her product knowledge is first class! Having reduced it down to two, I couldn't be sure which one I would like, I told Marquella that I wanted to go away and have a think about my selections, I never felt pressured at any point, which is what I would expect. Marquella took my details and said she would email me the details of the two I had selected, which she did. I returned a week or so later and purchased the one I had chosen. I can honestly say the service provided by Marquella was second to none, TAG should be rightly proud to have such a excelent, well informed young lady in their store!

I’ve bought 3 watches from themselves best customer experience. Every time I’ve been there I’ve always been served by Paul, he’s a great guy, any questions or queries he’s strait on it ,you can have a great talk with him, no matter what he’s always in a great mood and always has a smile.

Helpful and friendly team, no hard sale. I would recommend the Watford shop if you are interested in their watches.

When it comes to retail experiences, this is the store I measure all others against now, as the customer service has been beyond exceptional on every occasion I've visited them over the course of the past 12 months. The staff are always welcoming, service with a smile is guaranteed alongside expert knowledge of the products, and on the rare occasion if they aren't sure of the answer they'll be straight on the phone/laptop to find it.Marquella, Paul and the rest of the team there are second to none, and if it is a Tag Heuer you are after, the Watford boutique is the only place to go.

Went into the Intu Watford store to request a repair to my 10 years old Tag. I was not aware of this but this watch requires servicing every 5 years.The client advisor explained to me very patiently and politely why I needed one.This is welcome advice which I took up.There was no rush nor pushiness.The store itself is bright, clean and very well presented with a great range of watches on display.

Friendly staff and very informative about your purchases. Very small store and not full collection available.The new collection looks amazing. Bring in the new stuff and don’t be cold to invite people in. Perhaps advertising financial options for customers could attract more to this store.I always like to see discounts at these stores and little incentives being offered as you are making an investment.

Went in with a friend on Saturday afternoon and the customer service was great from Paul, applying for their 0% finance was easy, both came out with the watches we wanted. Altogether a great experience will definitely be back, cheers

The service I received from Richard whilst buying my amazing new watch was second to none! He was extremely knowledgable and super friendly, the other staff made me feel so welcome offering me a drink as soon as I sat down.
