I Like My Smile

Whilst on holiday we needed some emergency dental treatment for my son. I called up and they said “bring him down straight away and we’ll see him”. The dentist who was lovely waited around till after their finish time. They were really helpful. Just a shame we live in London otherwise we’d sign up with them. Thanks u for ur help. Highly recommend.

Absolutely shocking service a late cancellation of my appointment because I was in surgery!, and now refuse to see me.... Not going to last if that's how you treat patients. The receptionist also has a poor telephone and customer skills. Don't bother going here and paying for rubbish service rang and booked in the same day with another dentist and straight away the receptionist wslas 100x better

Richard the dentist was brilliant with my daughter. Explained everything as he went along and made her feel at ease. It mustn't be easy working in all the ppe gear. Everyone friendly and receptionist was courteous.

I managed to get an appointment last minute due to having really bad toothache. All of the staff were lovely especially the dentist and dental nurse both making sure I had no pain as I needed a tooth out. Instead of turning me away like some dentists would she whipped the tooth out straight away no fobbing me off to make another appointment. Thankyou!!

Rang up to enquire about joining the practice and the range of treatments available both privately and on the NHS. Receptionist butted in and immediately told me the cost of treatment which was 150 pounds different from what the website states. Did not listen to my enquiries and not helpful at all. In the end I hung up and rang another practice to be greeted by much more helpful attentive staff!!!!

Well normally i would recommend this place because Emma has been brilliant for me and help me with my phobia of needles and dentists and done same with sophie but last week they turned me away saying im over 22 stone like there form asks you at the bottom they weighed me and said im over 22 stone yet when i went to boots to get weighed im 21.9 but now there saying its 315kg they just round it up to 22 on the form and there the only dentists to do this and its discriminating towards overweight people they even said they cant see rugby players are weight lifters if there over 22 stone and the DRs opticians hospitals don’t have weight limits even ambulances dont yet Theresa the manger said it was a paramedic that told them not to let over weight people on the chair yet steph the other manger says if your under 22 stone u can be seen yet Alister the dentist the day says its the instructions on the chair that says this so many different stories from mangers to dentists and yet there only dentist in Ashington to do this so if ur a over 21 stone dont go there as they wont see you as my taxi driver said what happens if its like a hernia causing the extra weight are you saying they wont see you and i said yep cause over 22 stone and even he said thats wrong and shocking

My son has been registered for year with yous, he rings for an appointment to be told he has to find some where else taken on yet he's registered with yous spoke with alot of the dentists and all said coz he is registered with yous he should of been seen it's an emergency, also a very snotty receptionist speaking down on people is total wrong, wouldnt even listen so now my son has to go to dental hospital and pay and he's go no income coming in total disgrace

Just been up to this Dentist who I have been with for years have ongoing treatment atm Richard Mason who is fantastic by the way was not in as on holiday but he referred me to the dental hospital for a tooth out and my appointment for that is Tuesday so I have an infection in it so went to see if I could get some antibiotics and they tried to charge me 22.60 for a dentist to look in my mouth for 30 seconds and write a prescription.Absolutely disgusting and who ever the receptionist was who wouldn't back down the manager I think needs to adjust her attitude as we are the ones paying her wages .I will not ever go back there which is a shame as Richard is fantastic and knows my history but I would rather suffer with the pain than pay 30quid including prescription for 30 seconds total RIP off .Absolute disgrace.

See Richard. He is a great dentist. Took two teeth out for my daughter not a problem. She's happy and pain free took him five minutes.
