Good little small shop and good for findiing games. Wish they would sort their games better alphabetically. Its all good having games in the correct section but they should be alphabetical in that section as well. It's an OCD nightmare.

Last time i was in the motherwell store with my autistic son 3 junkies ended up fighting i got knocked about trying to get my son out staff done nothing to stop this shocking infront of kids

I usually buy something from the tv and documentary section as they have programmes and documentaries you can not get anywhere else , I sometimes buy from the blue ray as they are a lot cheaper than normal stores

Sold my old phone to this store for a fair price, after receiving a ridiculous quote from another shop 2 minutes up the road, my only concern was when I handed back the receipt they gave me (as they were testing the device) she didn’t ask for my ID to ensure I was the person selling the phone, when I initially took the device in the guy I spoke to told me to bring my ID back as they won’t release the cash or my device back to me without it. All in all I would go back again.

Really helpful staff, big variety of everything you possibly may desire. But before purchasing YOU HAVE TO READ ALL AGREEMENTS AND BUYING POLICIES…especially if you want to buy something unconsciously.But as I said stuff is really helpful, so probably they’ll help you to figure something out.

Wonderful atmosphere as soon as I walked in I felt like I walked into gaming heaven quite literally I didn't want to leave til my partner dragged me out so an amazing place truly and definitely would be back again and not leave til my partner drags me out.

Just that same as the rest of the CEX shops. Fully loaded with goodies. Staff are decent as some don't really help in other store. Good selection and clean.
