The Point

My daughter had her hair cut this afternoon with Natalie and she absolutely loved every minute of her experience.

My first time at The Point and it was really enjoyable. Ian and the team were friendly, welcoming and approachable. I love my haircut and the blow dry - will definitely be back.

Natalie was so helpful and friendly. She made me feel extremely comfortable, gave me great advice and I left with the perfect haircut, feeling fabulous. What a star! I'll 100% be recommending and returning.

Was extremely nervous as I hadn’t been to a hairdressers in years but felt immediately comfortable & left with a haircut better than I’d imagined. A lovely experience overall - so happy with my hair !

The point has a great atmosphere; well decorated, brilliant music, kind and helpful staff, central location - it doesn't feel overwhelming when you go in there and I was welcomed immediately. I received a lovely head massage during my hair wash and had a full and clear consultation before any scissors were involved! I felt understood and I received a service they should be really proud of. My hair looks fantastic, cut with care and looking much healthier. Keeley is a fantastic young person with alot of skills and talent already and very personable, which always helps. She gave me maintenance and styling tips, which shows they know they're stuff and also long term , how I make this a manageable hair doo! I was impressed with the whole experience... Usually I find hairdressers all a bit much ... But I left with a huge smile on my face and got compliments immediately! Thank you ,, I will be returning

Just had the best haircut ever by the lovely Natalie. The most relaxing experience and I love my hair which feels completely new, I didn't even know it could be styled so nicely. In so grateful! Thank you so much ❤️
