I had a delightful experience at Denbigh pharmacy, the staff were welcoming and joyous and the pharmacy felt like a safe and great environment . I received my COVID-19 booster vaccine at this pharmacy and I also received my flu jab . Both experiences were great, I did not experience any adverse effects and the staff answered all of my queries . In the future , I am certain that I will visit Denbigh pharmacy if needed as the staff are truly very helpful !

Appalling service! Called in to ask about covid vaccinations but the receptionist was extremely rude. Lack of communication and information by the way she was replying and showing lack of interest. She clearly doesn’t know how to show mutual respect to customers and doesn’t value her job. Completely forgot to get her name but do not come to this service! Extremely disappointed and annoyed at the poor service I received. Never coming again.

Went in today my mums meds had run out, the pharmacist had to make up the pacts which she done for me very quickly and the really nice young lady ( didn’t get her name but the one with a scarf) bought all the meds outside to my car and done with a smile. I was very impressed with the effectiveness and professionalism of this pharmacy definitely recommend them.

I always had a nice experience at this pharmacy. Had a vaccine today. Pharmasis was very thorough with explaining side effects and how to deal with them. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Kept checking on if I was feeling OK after vaccine. I will highly recommend this pharmacy. Thank you everyone of you at dembeigh pharmacy.

Would give 0 stars if I could, Very rude receptionist. Called in to enquire about something and she was so disrespectful and simply wouldn’t give her name. She definitely doesn’t have the training she needs and is extremely unprofessional. They need to improve their customer service and fix up.

Amazing pharmacy, had my vaccine there recently and the staff was very friendly. Constantly asking if I was ok. It's rare to receive excellent service at a pharmacy but Denbigh really exceeded my expectations. Will be going to them from now on.

Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff at this pharmacy. They go out of their way to help the customers. My covid vaccination experience at this pharmacy was seamless. The minutest details about the vaccine was shared with me and the staff answered all my questions with patience. Overall, a very satisfying experience visiting Denbigh Pharmacy. I would definitely go back here for all my medical needs. Keep up the good work you are doing to serve the Luton Community, kudos.
