Requested a reinstall of a Security Gate, but failed to attend two appointments: 15th & 27th of June. An exceptionally easy job was quoted at £100.An LFB assessment covered the complete property… paperwork was provided, but these guys decided against the job after faffing around because of a misquote and that the staff “didn’t want to do it”; as I was told by the business owner. I really have to be motivated to leave a negative review; It’s never my first choice… I have done before if has to be done.

THE only locksmith in London that was able to copy a key I needed. I visited five different locksmiths and emailed over 10, but they were the only ones able to do the job in half an hour and for a very fair price. Highly recommended!

My council (RBKC) hired this company,after serious abuse was experienced by my household.Ray,the person sent to us was professional,being happy to answer our questions regarding our ring doorbell.He was also friendly.His parting handshake and wish of good luck regarding our situation was appreciated,it’s the little things.Thanks for sending an employee like Ray.This company were also quick with communication.

Honestly they are a life saver! Locked myself out and had a meeting as WFH and they sorted me out very quickly and with a kindest gesture as well. I would definitely recommend using them and intend to get them to change my door locks soonest. Thank you again

Fantastic service, took them 1 minute to duplicate two keys, very cheap, they worked like a charm when I tried them on the locks, can’t recommend this place enough!

Good bunch. Recommended to me by another locksmith (London Locks). Swift service. Very responsive while I couldn't get into my flat and was freaking out. Dave came down with another fella who's name I didn't catch but both were very friendly and got the door open in about 10 minutes. Baring in mind my door is a maximum security multi lock door, this was very impressive. Overall, the procedure to replace the lock took about 45 minutes. Very satisfied with the service and the price (c.£200 - higher than normal since this occurred on a Sunday. However, the fact they made it out within an hour and a half on a Sunday speaks volumes itself!). Cheers lads.

I went there to get a copy of my key after having made 3 copies at different places that all didn’t work. Instead of copying it again (like I requested), they just corrected the other ones, free of charge, and now they work. It was so nice, I will definitely go there again whenever I need any key service!
