Oak House Veterinary Centre

We took our Russian Dwarf hamster called Dave to be checked a while ago now as he had what looked like a little growth. We managed to get a same day appointment and the vet was really kind and helpful, she was also very gentle with Dave.I would definitely recommend this veterinary practice.I’ve come back to add to my review as today I received a lovely card from oak house sending their condolences and a little pack of forget me knot seeds to plant as Dave our little dwarf hamster passed away after two and a half years. I had popped in to let them know he had passed so they could remove him from their books and to let them know about my daughters other hamsters Bruce and Hazel and they were so kind and said how sorry they were to hear the news. We thought this was a really kind and thoughtful thing to do and to actually go to the trouble made me all the more want to add to my review.

A really friendly and welcoming vets all staff are great with our cats and have been for several years vets and nurses show real affinity with us and our pets would highly recommend this practice

As always the staff were very understanding and caring and had excellent knowledge on my breed of dog

The best! Unfortunately we had to make the decision to have our pet put down here and the vet was well informed and made the process as easy as it could be for us. But the thing that has made write this review is coming home today and receiving this lovely card along with some seeds. The sentiment is so amazing and would never have expected this with all of the customers they must have. Thank you very much.

We'd like to thank all the vets and staff at Oak House Vetenary Clinic. We brought our cat Bruce in, and sadly he was extremely unwell and had to be put to sleep. Andrew and the team were all exceptionally professional and showed Bruce the utmost care and dignity throughout the process. They were notably patient with us and allowed us to say our final goodbyes without rushing us through anything, despite it being a busy time for them. While it was a difficult time for the whole family, we are glad we chose Oak House. X

Oak House vets have always looked after my dogs. They are very caring and kind to the animals. Nothing is too much trouble. All the staff are very friendly. I would recommend them without reservation.

Extremely rude staff. The person with the name Debbie needs a course of manners and professional conduct.

We take our cat and guinea pigs too Oak House, they take such care of our extended family, always so excited to see/meet our pets. They take such time and care, we never feel rushed. We definitely recommend Oak House.

I have been bringing my 2 Border Collies to this vets for several years. It was recommended by a friend. Always happy with the service and the dogs are always happy with the treats! Would highly recommend.
