We’re delighted with the new loft ladder installed by Michael and his team. We appreciated the advice provided about what ladder we needed for our ceiling height and access hatch in an initial visit and the options given.The job itself was carried out very professionally, a really neat finish to the hatch and whole area cleaned up afterwards. The guys were friendly and professional and we're really pleased with the result. Happy to highly recommend Michael and Access4Lofts.

I thought Michael/Access4Lofts was fantastic in setting up and installing a loft ladder for my property. They were on time, very quick (did it faster than expected) and were very tidy. I had meetings and work calls throughout the time that they did the work but no one heard the noise above me so would highly recommend them to anyone!

Really pleased with my loft ladder and new hatch installation, John arrived promptly at the agreed time, was very efficient and tidy putting down dust sheets and once work was completed vacuumed to ensure any stray bits weren't left behind. Demonstrated both lowering and putting away the ladder and patiently went through it while I had a go to ensure I was confident with the process. Highly recommend!

Recently had my loft floored and shelving installed. The 2 installers both called John were excellent from start to end. Left the place spotless and gave good instructions on my new pull down ladder. Would definitely recommend Access4Lofts
