Too sad to account for my experience presently. However, very little time was spent with my dog before the attending “vet” left and returned with an estimate for their services and my signature before starting their attention to my dog

Very upset with the way the receptionist dealt with me today.I had asked for all my pets to be put on the pet plan and this has been confirmed each time.She was snippy and rude and claimed never to have met me before.I definitely remember having met her several times.Patronising and rude.Not happy at all.

Having used this vets for many years with extremely good care to my dogs, My last twocommunications with them have been delt with by a extremely rude receptionist which I have never had in the past. It is not my fault that you have changed the way you do things maybe explaining this to me politely is the way you should be doing it not being rude to customers.This makes me not want to bring my dog up.

They have cared for our dog since we moved to Ludlow nearly 3 years ago. Whether the situation was routine or critical, they have always acted with the perfect combination of professionalism and understanding. When our dog suffered a stroke this week they were available immediately, and did what was necessary in a calm, compassionate, and even loving manner. We will always be grateful - thank you.
