I could enjoy a pleasant stay at the ASK property for more than two years. Whenever I had any issues when staying at the property, I could turn to Richard or Debbie for support and advice, and they had always been supportive. And even though I may not be living there anymore, I want to take this opportunity to thank them for making my stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Criminal Enterprise does not say enough about this company. The owners are cheap and do close no up keep of their properties, the guy that does the viewing is a excellent sales man (excellent lair) tells you want to hear so you rent one their properties. Lip stick on a pig doesn't being on describe the state of the properties, looks good on the surface but its falling apart. Very unprofessional people, they avoid sending emails so there's no record of the lies they've told.Third party hires even talk about how cheap they are, God forbid something breaks or needs repair in the property you'll have to wait 3-5 working months.Please avoid renting their property at all costs

I have stayed in 2 properties advertised and run by Ask. While I put the bar fairly low with Landlords and agencies, they were ok. Properties are well managed, professional and non-fuss regarding leaving and deposits. If you are reasonable then they are reasonable.

It was very pathetic experience. I wouldn't recommend to anyone. It is because when you visit their office,they listen your query but when you call them they even don't pick-up call. Even trying at multiple times at different times and on different days as well.

I had been a tenant with Ask Property for 1 and a half year and I have only positive things to say about this experience.Richard and his team are excellent and trustworthy professionals. Richard and Debbie were great communicators, always available to assist efficiently when needed.The studio was fully furnished ,a great value for money in a well maintained property.When I have had any maintenance issues they had always been quick to respond as well as giving me plenty of notice when they needed to enter my studio for inspections or repairs.I would highly recommend Ask Property Management to anyone looking to rent a property in Birmingham. I was a tenant in AskPropertyManagement for 2 years and I was more satisfied than I expected. Richard and his team was very helpful with my unprecedented situation, where I had to returned to my country immediately due to Covid19 pandemic. Specifically, he store my stuff until a transportation company will be available to receive them. Richard had also his mind an important package that I was waiting for it in this address, and I am very glad for his help!Further commends: The apartment/building was clean and warm with the full package of supplies, which is definitely a value for money apartment.I totally recommend them!!

I have been renting a flat with ASK Property Management for two years at Mayfield Road, Moseley. As a young professional renting on his own for the first time, Richard and his colleagues have always been very helpful and kind, always answering my queries. The flatmates are quiet. The prices including bills are very good as well. I recommend ASK Property Management for your next move!Massive thank you to the ASK team for your help!

I wish I could give them zero!Worst property management company, stole my deposit.Be careful while renting anything from them, they are very good at creating fake invoices for repairs. Stay away from Jim & Richard.. big time fraudsters!Note: firstly, double check my name with correct spelling… then try to search me in your list of tenants. A prime location in Birmingham which has proximity to the reservoir, shopping areas, bus stops, movie theatres, etc,. My stay with them has been splendid and the landlord was very kind and patient to my requests and queries during my stay. There was always weekly cleaning of the common areas in the house and housemates considerate of your requests. Overall my stay in the property was amazing and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in Birmingham.

I had been staying in a studio in Moseley for almost two years and I was very happy with the property. The place was very spacious, fully furnished, a great value for money and above all Richard was a great landlord, he was always replied immediately and he was very kind and helpful. I also had to move to another property under this agency and they moved my stuff for me while I was away, which was extremely kind of them. I stayed in this property on Fountain road for 4 months, again everything was perfect, I just had to move out to be closer to my work, otherwise I would have still stayed there. Generally, I was very happy with both properties and Richard was always very nice, trustworthy and helpful with anything I needed. I couldn't recommend it more, great properties and amazing people, made me feel like home!
