Absolutely fantastic stay. Honestly couldn't have enjoyed it more. We were in premier plus rooms, and it was so comfortable and clean, and brilliantly spacious. I really loved it!

Standard double bedroom you will find in any premier inn. Clean, decent size and comfortable.Surprisingly quiet even though its based in the high street.Staff were welcoming and understanding.Breakfast was fantastic.

I have stayed in quite a few Premier Inns but this takes the award for being the MOST AWFUL!! A dingy, dark place with meandering corridors and with no real welcome - the staff were cold, unfriendly and belligerent. We arrived just before check-in time expecting to be in our rooms by 3.30 pm at the latest, enough time to take the short walk to Leamington Spa museum but we never got there, as it took three room changes before we could even open our suitcases! The first room we were taken to was a twin room even though we had booked a double. It was a long way back in the hotel and felt like it was in the basement. The reception/manager were rude and disrespectful to my partner when he went back to the foyer to ask them to change our room, they publicly declaring they had given us exactly what we had booked and yet, showed no interest in looking at the booking confirmation displayed on our phone screen which clearly stated the room type booked as a double". We were eventually taken to a new room

Had to wait 10 minutes to check in as the desk wasn't manned and the bell was not working. However, very pleasant and apologetic staff. The room was cold, as there was no AC due to the refurbishment, but an extra quilt was available. Did not like the breakfast. Cheap sausages, anaemic bacon, and coffee machine broken. However, once again, very pleasant and apologetic staff. Can't wait for the refurbishment to be finished.

The recent renovations are good, but with some slapdash finishing such as unfilled holes in the plaster in the bathroom where they had moved the towel rail. The beds and pillows are very comfy and the premium rooms very quiet, situated down a private corridor. Service was poor: for £170 a night I expected rooms to be cleaned and beds made every day, but apparently that's by request only, and dirty mugs were left to gather in the room. The room Aircon now seems to be working well.

Great stay at a recently refurbished premier Inn. Rooms had been decorated to a very good standard and were clean and comfortable.Location is right in the centre, opposite the town hall and close to a good selection of bars and restaurants.Parking is paid for at a nearby multistorey. Overnight 1800-0800 is £2.Breakfast selection is good and good was a decent standard

Great place to stay. Located at bottom of high street it's a fantastic location. Rooms are clean and tidy. Beds are very comfortable. Staff were friendly and stored our cases free of charge when we arrived early but wanted an extra 1%£10 if we wanted to go to our room an hour early. Overall it was a great time.

Lovely rooms, in the heart of Royal Leamington Spa, with bonus of their restaurant next door with reasonable food prices. I've dropped a star because the room was so hot couldn't sleep properly! Of course didn't tell you before you'd paid that there was no air con or that their is building works going on! Ruined the stay

Dirty room with cobwebs, dust everywhere and overall run down.Construction work within the hotel starting before 9am with loud drilling on a Sunday morning.Vending machine out of service, staff not helpful.No water as promised, airconditioning also broken.Complained via the premier in good night guarantee and they haven’t upheld their guarantee after seeing the photos.Won’t be back!

First time experience. Booked 4 rooms three months ago for family as we were attending a wedding. We were advised a week before we arrived that the air con was not working. We weren't able to cancel due to non refundable booking. We were given a fan and a very small bottle of water each. Windows could not be opened so we were stuck in airless stuffy rooms. I had to prop open the door to the corridor to try and get some air. The sink in our room was blocked so unusable, a curtain was hanging off the rails so we couldnt block out the light, and in one of the other rooms the bed smelled of vomit. We were unable to sleep properly, and the next morning we were totally dehydrated, with puffy eyes, croaky voices and headaches. Worst hotel experience in my life. I have stayed in Travel Lodges which I will return to, but never again a Premier Inn. Nothing Premier about it.
