Although the shop supplied us with the correct tiles, our fitter's estimate for the ammount of boxes was high. At the time of purchase we asked if we could return tiles. The answer was yes, with a small restocking fee, as long as we returned within 28 days. We did have to return some packs, which were worth approximately £320 . We were charged £94 restocking fee! If we had known the percentage cost of the restocking, we would have made a different decision.

The Shrewsbury branch are amazingly helpful specially Paul who is only too willing to give help and advice. It is such a shame that we had to do our order on line to avoid the delivery charge which the stores have to make the cost was unacceptable. Will definitely use the store again for smaller orders. The store would get a five star but tile giant should review delivery charges from store.

Excellent service and fantastic quality tiles. Peter was super helpful and offered us alternative suggestions for tiling our fireplace. His suggestion was excellent and perfectly suited the tiles we had selected for our kitchen. We also purchased flooring tiles for our bathrooms which we are very happy with! Darrell was extremely helpful upon collection and super friendly! Highly recommend!

From start to finish Paul was amazing. We visited the store a month ago and he was so helpful and helped us decide on what tiles to choose. We bought the tiles between Xmas and New year and today we came back to pick up tiles Again Paul was great and with another young lady loaded the car up for us . Nothing was a problem. Excellent 5* service.

Fantastic service from this team at Shrewsbury Tile Giant. Daryl and Peter were phenomenally knowledgeable about their products and were able to point me in the right direction to find some amazing large format tiles. When circumstances changed and my floor level was lower than expected they were able to offer a couple of solutions to ensure I still had a flush threshold.

I have visited Tile Giant Shrewsbury twice recently and both visits have had outstanding service. With limited knowledge of tiles I really appreciated the member of staff on my first visit who was able to explain what I needed to know patiently without being patronising, or condescending.On my second visit, I spent nearly an hour with Sam and Peter as they helped calculate the number of hexagonal and rectangular tiles I need for our new kitchen (which come in six different colours - no mean feat!!). Once again, they were thorough, patient and able to advise on how to get the best price.Thank you Tile Giant - you’ve gone above and beyond!!

First tile shop in Shrewsbury we went in, asked Paul A for advice, absolutely brilliant. Sorted out the tiles for the job, talked us through the fixing process and how to prepare fixing product and how to apply. Will certainly recommend Tile Giant Ltd, especially Paul A at Shrewsbury. The best customer service I’ve had in a long time from anywhere. Placed an online order in the evening. Following morning I received a call confirming the order, giving me an estimate for delivery to store & stating that I’d be contacted again when it was ready to collect from Shrewsbury. When I arrived to collect the two members of staff that I saw were very polite & helpful. Honestly couldn’t fault the level of service.
