This has been our go to dry cleaners for many years because of their 4 item deal. Sadly this has now stopped so the price has roughly doubled. The staff also don't seem to be so friendly. I will be looking for an alternative provider.

Took my brand new House of Cavani suit into Timpsons Rubery to be dry cleaned. Went to pick it up the next day, and as soon as I was handed the suit back, I noticed it had been severely damaged. I asked, What have you done to my suit?" To be told that it is wear and tear.Upon further inspection

Very lovely, helpful staff here. This is an 'on site' dry cleaners so they can get it done quicker than others and I find it is better quality than the off site franchises nearby.

Absolutely fantastic service..Several years ago I made a comment if I could bottle the people's positive attitude in this store I would use it for the people we employee..Nothing has changed in 4 years of using this amazing service.. The team are a credit to you Mr Timpson..Even during this pandemic they greet me every Friday with a smile and ask how week has been..Well done ladies..

Got a number of services including dry cleaning, watch repairs and key cutting all in one go. Excellent service and the lady behind the desk was very helpful. Will go there again next time I need any of those services

Timson at Morrisons Rubery do not do shoe repairs, so the very abrupt staff told me. So completely pointless visit.
