I rarely write reviews but JMB Advanced Clinical Massage deserves it. Julie is so much more than a massage therapist. She is a true healer, in every sense. She is the only massage therapist who was able to get rid of my sciatica and relieve my TMJ pain in 1 session. Her advanced knowledge, skill and experience of fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue is also helping me with my severe neck, shoulder and hip pain. And without fail I leave every appointment feeling happier, more mobile and pain free. I highly recommend her.

Julie Barnard has over 10 years treated me for back, neck and leg injuries and each time she has correctly diagnosed the cause and treated the muscles successfully.Julie takes a personal interest in each client and when the problem is severe she will follow up to be sure that progress is being made.I've always been delighted with the treatment I've received and with the exercise plan which Julie provides.Fantastic value for the outcomes. Have been seeing Julie now for over four years to help with an old hip injury that had been passed from one hospital department to another with nothing being shown on any images so I was told there was no problem - very disheartening. Julie was recommended and from the first visit was friendly and sympathetic and I finally felt hopeful that something could be done. She asked lots of questions about how I sat and moved and from that first treatment I felt better, throughout the session I was asked how the pressure of the massage was and no treatment has ever hurt they are just really relaxing and most importantly relieve pain! I visit Julie for ‘maintenance’ now and would highly recommend her magic fingers!

Julie has been helping me over the years. My most recent visit was for an excruciating bad back, rapid onset. Julie worked out the change in work style that caused the issue and worked on the muscle groups to ease them out. Here we are, almost pain free. Julie is the real deal, knowledgeable, talented and a true gift for healing.

I started seeing Julie about 10 years ago. I had been suffering with RSI type issues and neck and shoulder pain for a couple of years and had been to various physios and even acupuncture with no success. I am not totally sure how I found Julie but I am so glad I did as within a few sessions my issues were significantly reduced and gradually went away. Due to the nature of my work they come back at times and I have adhoc sessions to keep it under control. However I have gone from thinking of giving up work to just minor issues. Julie is always friendly, listens to what has changed and suggests exercises that you can do to help you self manage as well. I would highly recommend Julie for aches and strains.
