Richard Fincham from Hunters Wokingham was extremely responsive and met us the same day we asked him to sell our flat, He suggested a sale price that should attract offers and the next day he found a buyer who proceeded through to Completion. Throughout the legal processes he maintained contact with both sides and kept us fully informed on the status. We are very pleased with his service and would recommend him to anyone.

This review is specifically for lettings as a tenant. One of the most unprofessional and unorganised estate agents I've ever been managed by.Inspections every 3 months for no reason (for multiple years), unsigned contracts, given less than 24 hours notice for random inspections only 1 month after a previous one, never even sent a report for these inspections when they do occur. You can also just ignore whatever outcomes that they send youHowever, they do send the rent on and the deposit is held with a reputable scheme which I got back so it's not the worst. Just extremely annoying as a tenant.

Very professional team! I’d like to particularly praise Zarah, as she’s professional and very responsive to my questions. There are not many property agents who follow ups so we’ll, but she’s superbly hardworking and really handles her work in a responsible manner. Well done Zarah and also, the whole team there!

He is friendly and considerate, he has always made an effort to consider my personal circumstances and goes out of his way to behave with decency. Estate agents could learn a lot from his conduct. Hunters have been amazing throughout the whole process of selling my property, I had lost faith in selling my property until I came across Hunters. Not only were they approachable and helpful but the regular updates and fantastic communication put me at ease throughout the whole process.
