Friendly, helpful, honest, easy to work with. I’ve had car salesmen and mechanics try to take advantage of me in the past because I don’t know much about cars. No issues here, John was just great. I’d definitely come back here if again if the need arises. Thanks John!

So, I found a wonderful vehicle through my chosen vendor, (Zuto). On the initial enquiries, Zuto took care of everything and whenever I needed to reach out to John directly, (email or WhatsApp) he was always great in returning my questions! There was never any concern of losing the car to another customer, (he guaranteed me of this) even though it took me 3 weeks to get up to see him and collect the car.When I arrived to see him on a Saturday morning, he was warm, courteous, happy to see me and overall, just a generally lovely chap! The car was kept in a dry place, cleaned to absolute perfection and not a blemish in sight! He had no issue in us going for a test drive, and me checking the car, (he never rushed me or tried to avoid me doing this).We went into the office to do all of the paperwork, and whilst we were doing this, John and I had lovely conversations and it was nice to get to know him a lot better! He made everything easy, simple and all I had to do was sign a few bits of paperwork and pay for the road tax and deposit! Such an easy experience.By the time I left, I felt like I was John's family member!! Testament to the lovely, approachable person he is. Not long after I had the car, I got an engine warning light on, which surprised us both. I immediately told John about it and we waited to see what my local garage was going to say, after they checked the fault code.Now this is where John and his company is a step above everyone else: We found out that there was clog in the exhaust gas pressure pipe and the sensor was faulty. Only part of this was covered in the included warranty, (this is very normal for used car warranties, in that things like pipes aren't covered). I passed the information onto John and he also saw the invoice. He DID NOT HESITATE for a second to pay the difference and get it resolved.As far as I'm concerned, this shows John as not only a truthful, trustworthy person, but that SR Motors are a good dealership that will look after you!!!So what are you waiting for? Get over there and find your next used car!!! :)

Just bought an Audi A3 black edition. It was a great experience. The car is in great condition and everything about the car and the deal was Cristal clear. Great place to look for a nice car.

Bought my car and very happy with it. Excellent customer service, very friendly and helpful manager. All the cars from there are very high standards. Very good. Would happily buy another car from them whenever I get the chance.

Recently bought a car from here and it developed a problem, one quick visit and the problem was diagnosed and a replacement part ordered. Excellent after sales service from John Trench, the Sales Manager.

❗AVOID AT ALL COST❗Nephew purchased a mercedes from this garage May 2022. Car had a kind of damp smell in it but was assured it was because the interior had been shampoo'd and car was sitting drying out with doors closed in sunny weather. Long story short its a faulty air con unit so he decides to get rid. Turns out that's the least of his worries as on inspection the MILEAGE HAS BEEN TURNED BACK 30,000 MILES.Manager is obviously a rip off merchant with no scruples about taking young people's hard earned cash off them.Pity a 1 star review is the minimum award.

The showroom has a good range of cars, the dealer was pleasant and helpful and the sale was handled quickly. The car itself has been a bundle of problems. We've had break failures, a fuel line leak, it needed a new clutch and now the gearbox is needing replaced. All within the first few months and none of the issue were covered by warranty. Perhaps we've just been unlucky with problems beyond the dealer's control, but I was definitely hoping for something more reliable. I'm sure this car is not typical of the dealer's stock but I'd personally not take that chance again.
