My first visit to collect my prescribed medicines. They didn't have one of them and didn't know when it would be available.This is poor service and their telephone just goes to voicemail.Luckily, I have enough spare medicine to keep going,I'm looking for somewhere better.

Never answer the phone! Never have prescription and tell you to come back.. so far every time ive used them I've have to go in daily for 3-6 days before I get my prescription or get told they can't order it (why not tell me the other 3 times I was in store) shocking pharmacy! I'd rather drive into town than use this store!

Worst service ever newly recruited Indian manager of this pharmacy wasnt helpful at all never going there again. Staff only good at gossiping about the patients they are very rude very blunt be aware

I booked an appointment yesterday with this pharmacy to have a full check up done. Cholesterol, blood pressure. I unfortunately missed a call tried calling back a couple of times no answer. Tried 2 hours later some lady answered and I was told they don't do this full check and my appointment is cancelled. Customer service is really bad. Won't be going back there.

Always a wait for the meds to be ready however the staff dispensing them are always polite and friendly. Till staff could be more helpful and polite as very abrupt at times. Short staffing seems to be an issue and have witnessed multiple customers being angry towards staff. Lucky to have a pharmacy so close, just needs more staff for the workload.

Terrible customer service, I know they're very busy but it's no excuse. Tried to call several times to check on my prescriptions and no one picks up the phone. Arrived at the shop 4pm and there's a sign in the window saying closed go to other chemist staff inside looked at you and turned their backs. Couldn't find out if prescription had been sent to other pharmacy so called they knew nothing about this. I was unwell took time to drive over and had to sit around until the open. When it reopened no apology or explanation. No the first I've encountered services issues at this shop. I will arrange to go somewhere else. The company should be looking at these reviews to address issues but it doesn't look like they care and it's not good enough for me.

Good customer service. I'm happy the way they deal customer. Specially (gurleen Kaur) is very good. Politely speaking and help you even she is busy. And salute for those who work very hard behind the counter they are special.

Prescription service can be poor with long waiting times! Staff are polite and does have a nice gift selections for special occasions, such as Xmas, father's day, mother's day etc and nearly always has a price reduction or sale on perfume and aftershave spray etc

One of the worse pharmacies I have ever been to..Told me waiting time id 15 to 20 minutes and 1 hour later still waiting.There is no system In place. Its not just 9ne off, its always been like this. Have been using this pharmacy as its the closest and always had bad experience.AvoidddLloyds should close down this pharmacy or have it sorted.
