I love Starbucks and the staff here are generally friendly. But the cleanliness really needs some focus. Tables are not cleared or wiped down. Crumbs around the tables. More emphasis on this would really help the place.

They people went to Starbucks coffee. They people awaly go to Superdrug Coffee. They are people loving go Starbucks Coffee . They like some tea, coffee, hot chocolate and sandwiches and ham cheese , something more different

While the staff are always nice, this Starbucks is usually absolutely rammed. It's respectfully staffed but as both a drive-thru and a sit down place, the service speeds, accuracy of orders and general state of the place are disappointing.

Put it this way, zero service, asked for extra hot coffee but get lukewarm coffee in a dirty mug!!! Won’t be coming again!! Look at the picture this is what I got not impressed.

THE worst starbucks I've ever been to! Huge queues, dirty store, rude service! So many staff behind the counter doing nothing. After waiting 15 minutes for a cold brew coffee it had been watered down so much and tasted awful. Asked for it be corrected and they just tipped a little bit out and topped up with coffee!!!!

Nice coffee but slowish service. Warmed sandwich was given to me before my drinks. The place is absolutely filthy inside and out.Back again and am sharing my coffee with someone’s toenail….. see last picture.

Unfortunately, they have a rat problem, saw 2 literally come to the door by the seating area foraging, it was the evening so no one sat out there or any footfall to stop them coming out the nest! I did make the staff aware!My drink was lovely as always and service good!

Dirtiest Starbucks I have ever been. I sat there for more than one hour in the evening and no one cleaned or took the rubbish from the tables. Also, it was a Sunday evening so it wasn’t a busy time.

customer service lacks greatly. i have ordered via the app and it took me a few good minutes to catch someone’s attention so i could get my cup. i was then offered a refund upon receiving something that looked different from the advertised product, and was given no choice when it came to having my refund — instead of putting it back through to my original payment method, the money was added to my starbucks account balance. oh, and the staff will ignore you, so best idea would be to go to another local starbucks.

Went via drive thru. Ordered fruit toast. When given the toast told unfortunately they had run out of butter! Might have been an idea to mention at the time I ordered. Offered jam and honey as a substitute - apart from the fact I don't like the alternative not ideal to eat on your lap in a car? No knife given for the 'spreads' either. Also had run out of napkins but kindly offered a bit of blue roll from the kitchen". Also no stirrers given or straw for my drink - had to specifically request these. These things are surely the basics. We visited this drive thru a lot. Not up to its usual standards sadly
