The Little Carpet Shop in Upton, Chester is the best carpet shop we've ever bought from. Their fitters are excellent and the service the shop provides is outstanding. They also very kindly helped us out when we recently had a leaking radiator and had to lift, and then re-lay, part of our lounge carpet. We would highly recommend them.

Great service from The Little Carpet Shop. We live in Newton, Chester and when we recently moved house within the area we were keen to use local contractors and suppliers for a range of different jobs that needed doing, including replacement carpets for the hall and one bedroom. We had seen good reviews of The Little Carpet Shop so decided to give them a try. We found that they stock a good range of competitively priced carpets and the service provided was very efficient throughout the whole process from ordering through to fitting. Very happy to recommend.

Great local business. Great home visit bringing the samples in grey that I was interested in so I could try before I buy actually in the designated room. I'm on a budget and TLC really took this into consideration. Really great fitters too. V happy with the carpet quality, the fitting and the customer service. Will definitely be a returning customer. Highly recommend.

The assistants in the shop were very helpful, measuring up was carried out quickly and the carpets fitted by two very professional fitters who were fast and tidy workers. From first contacting Steve and his team to the carpets being fitted only took a couple of weeks with regular updates received.Overall The Little Carpet Shop provided a very professional service which is rare to find these days and I can highly recommend them from my experience.

It was some months between getting a quote and my being in a position to have the actual workdone. I expected the price to have gone up - but it hadn't.From start to finish everyone was helpful, friendly and professional. I am delighted with the quality of the carpet and the work that was carried out and now look forward to having the rest of house done by them..

This is the first time I've used The Little Carpet Shop in Upton and tbh I wouldn't use anyone else now. They were helpful, professional and just all round brilliant. The prices are good and very competitive also. When a problem arose they worked hard to complete the job in the timescale needed. I'm one very happy customer.

What a wonderful little shop with such a huge range of carpets and flooring at great prices. We went in looking for something very spacific and the staff coundn't have been more helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure we had exactly what we needed. I can't recommend then highly enough. . . They are now our 'go-to' carpet and flooring shop in the area!

It’s been a little while since we had our carpet fitted and I could have quite easily forgotten/put off leaving a review with life getting in the way! However, I felt compelled to do so☺️I had a brilliant experience with The Little Carpet Shop from start to finish. The staff were friendly, personable and helpful. Including their Fitters, whom were on time, efficient but careful. Which I hugely appreciated as we had just had new wallpaper hung!The attention to detail for our step on the landing is brilliant and much, much better than how the old carpet was fitted!The shop may look small from the outside but don’t let that deceive you, the range and choice they carry is vast!I have recommended you to everyone and anyone.Thank you very, very much ☺️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

What an amazing carpet setting run and have individuals there who are clearly decent individuals who careI went there this morning to ask for some carpet to be put on a ramp for my mums sausage dog dolly which is needed to help dolly get on to the bedMy mum suffers from arthiritis and struggles to pick her up nothing was a problem they even provided the carpet and fitted it to the ramp free of charge, what a lovely gesture which we are truly grateful for thankyou so much for your help would defo use you again here’s the picture to say thankyou from Dolly viv and Tracey

This is the 3rd time I've bought from the little carpet shop. This time whole ground floor fitted out.Steve Nathan and Clayton were amazing. They moved and put back furniture and kept the area clean and tidy.Price range for goods excellent after advice from Tony and Debbie.Cannot speak more highly of them and would definitely recommend to family and friends.
