Very professional and great service. I was involved in an accident which wasnt my fault and I had left it to Arton law to handle it. I was very impressed at how quick and effectively they've dealt with the case.

My experience of this firm is that they are very in professional and racist. They have been dealing with my claim from December 2022 and I have had no letters informing me of the claim process and how my claim would be handled etc. Also the staff are very disrespectful towards me as a Muslim and them also Muslims would not even have the respect to pick up the phone. I have been call from 9:30 am on today the Monday 17 April and still they will not pick up the phone. This is because I’m a black Muslim and they are racist to black people. This firm is for Asian and I recommend that no black person deal with this useless easiest firm, they are sacked and now in the bin where they belong.
