We have built a fantastic relationship with IT Support North West. They were originally introduced to us (Thorncliffe Building Supplies Ltd) over 15 years ago at a time when our business was undergoing some rapid changes. They assisted us with this period of growth by providing sound and practical advice as well as high quality IT Support. As well as being knowledgeable professionals in their field, all staff are a joy to work with, turning what can be a very complex procedure into an understandable solution. I would have no hesitation in recommending their services to anybody.

IT Support North West took over our IT Support 18 months ago, looking after several interconnecting site – we’ve never looked back. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Our IT is in safe hands! The team are really friendly too.

Since switching from our previous mediocre IT support providers, ICU have supported our business for many years with a professional and knowledgable service. We always receive helpful and friendly advice and support from the team and have yet to have a IT issue that they are unable to solve.

We've used ICU as our outsourced IT support for a number of years now, entrusting them with all aspects of keeping our systems up and running, secure from attack, and backed up. During that time we have suffered no major incidents and have grown to regard them very much as our IT department as opposed to a third party supplier. The whole team at IT Support NW know what they are doing as Tony only employees staff that have a very high level of expertise in this field. Their response time is second to none and i cannot recommend them enough to other businesses. There are so many IT companies out there, but these guys really do stand out. Just fabulous.

I would give a ten * if I could, we have dealt with IT Support North West for twelve years now, no matter what problems we have had with our equipment or software we are always dealt with in a positive, professional, speedy and friendly manner. No problem or question is too small, and we are never made to feel daft for asking questions that sometimes have a straight forward answer, (When the Computer says Nooooo!) When we migrated to Office 365 a little over twelve months ago now… It was seamless from setting up our meeting to discuss matters, costs, right through to the installation. Far too many companies these days just want your cash and don’t have any pride in the services they provide. IT Support North West have pride in bucket loads! Excellent service. (Why go anywhere else!)
