Specsavers Opticians and Audiologists - Derby

Want to put 0 stars but won't allow me,Worst customer service experience ever. My disabled wife bought a pair of Converse glasses a month ago, within that time the arm broke and they won't replace it in Specsavers they are blaming my wife, they say that she bent and twisted the arm, and they want to charge her £50 to have her glasses replaced.Utterly appalling service we have been coming to Specsavers for years, we won't ever be coming here again, I recommend everyone else go somewhere else also.

Very impressed with the great customer service, the staff offers in Specsavers - Derbion. Derby. The great service & value for money, makes me a loyal customer !

Great optical service. However the staff need to understand that without glasses, we are not able to read and sign documents and that it's impossible to choose new frames (whilst trying them on) as they have no lenses in them for us to see through.......

My Review was 5 star up until this mornings visit & I will always take the time to recognise Great service and up until this morning, I had been looked after by a a very friendly & super efficient Team, who provide great customer service & I love my new glasses - Thank you. I came in this morning for a trial for some contact lenses. I was disappointed that it wasn't the lovely chap who had seen me 2 weeks ago. The chap I saw this morning was argumentative and rude. I welcome advice and guidance but this person continued to speak at me and argue the decision I had made in a condescending manner. I am due back in again in a couple of weeks and would prefer if my appointment could be amended to see someone else if possible please.

Excellent customer focus. It's so good it's always full.Now there are two entrances, one for specs and one for hearing.Sorted me out for specs in a week and hearing tests in a week.Why would you go anywhere else.A word of warning £69 for 2 pairs are for simple no frills sets. They try to sell you everything and that costs over £200 insist on simple plastic lenses and cheap frames. - you will be upgrading next year anyway.

Very polite staff and seems like they have the whole process well laid out in stages. The glasses felt quite pricey but all in all. I would recommend going to this store. I took my son also after I had visited for myself. This place is a very children friendly environment as well

Not very bright staff. I had an appointment because my glasses broke. Being blind, the shop assistant asked me to read and sign a contract......!!!! Do they not have any idea what it is like, being unable to see? AND WHEN WILL A GLASSES COMPANY REALISE THAT IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO CHOOSE A NEW SET OF FRAMES....... WHILST YOU ARE NOT WEARING GLASSES TO SEE THEM........!!!!!

Loving my new Varifocal specs! Fantastic visual and frame quality at a great price too. Staff at Specsavers were knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Always a pleasure to go to this branch, staff super helpful, huge range of glasses and reasonable cost.Contact lens department is up stairs for info of those with mobility problems but staff will assist if needed.
