We found Waterview very efficient. It took just over a week to list our house and we received an offer for the asking price a week later. The speed might suggest that the price was low but other agent's valuations were significantly lower.

Have used Waterview Estate Agents in the past and again just recently and have to say they do sterling work, the service is excellent, prompt, efficient and extremely professional. Every time I called there was someone there on the other end of the phone, always willing to help and answer any questions, moving can be so stressful but they certainly made it much easier. They have a lovely team but would like to thank Max Moralee personally for the amazing job he has done for me both times I have moved, he always went over and above to make sure things were running smoothly. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is moving, superb service.
