Wouldn't even ring these guys, let alone give them my custom, simply rang up to inquire about a part and received a blunt attitude and a quick end to the phone call, the reason being is because I have a Chinese bike.*Edit response to reply* It wasn't the fact you were unable help me, it was the attitude and the manner in which I was spoken too which was the problem, it was rude and unprofessional.

It's not that often I stop to think about writing a review about a shop or service etc., but I have to this time. I used Valley Motorcycles for the first time a few weeks ago after purchasing a second hand moped for my daughter, and just needed to replace a mirror. They had exactly what I needed at a really good price, and were extremely friendly.There were a few niggles here and there on the moped as you would expect, and I dropped it into the shop a few days ago to ask them to put the things right if possible. My daughter picked it up today and was so impressed she said she could barely even recognise it was her bike the difference in the way it rode after the work they had done. Not only that, but the cost of the work was fantastic value too. All I can say is as long as I live in Southampton and there's a moped or motorbike in the family, there's only one place I'll be going for servicing and repairs, and that is Valley Motorcyles.Thanks guys for top drawer service and a fantastic price.John Dunning.

Great guys who are reasonably priced and deliver a service beyond just mechanical... nice to have a garage who care about you as the customer and who look to get your bike up and running. Will continue to take my bike here as I know it’ll be looked after. A+

I just dropped my YAMAHA TW to change the tyres and Im very pleased with the service. Im one of those annoying customers with thousand questions and all of them have been answered knowledgeably and polite … and I have been told that I can always pop in and ask If I have any questions about something. I will definitely come back . Thanks !

Bought a Harley Sportster from Elliot and John at the shop a coupe of weeks ago, they looked after me fantastically well, the bike was better than described and the level of service was above and beyond what was expected. Elliot has been in contact several times since we took delivery to check how i am getting on and offering help and advice. Thanks for the great service Boys!.

unfortunately ben her twice and twice i was not happyI am one of the ten where a routine repair was a complete disaster and not happy with the way the last time i was treated

One of the best old school garages I know family run for generationsFirst stop if I'm stuck woth my own mechanics owner is very knowledgeable and expert skill don't let the small shop front fool you . 10 /10 My bike is in for tyre replacement but he'll also mention anything else he spots I can fix myselfHighly recommend especially if u want to look for some rare cruiser bikes to buy at very reasonable prices and origional makes

Unbelievably good service. All done over emails and phone calls bought blind and was very impressed with their honesty in adverts. The bike is far better than what I though it was going to be. I will be buying again one day. Thanks Elliot
