I contacted Darren after experiencing poor service from another supplier. He responded straight away and was both personable and very knowledgeable. We gave Darren the business to install a ANPR camera and NVR, and he did it very successfully. Great to speak with and deal with, so I would have no hesitation in recommending his services to anyone!

Darren did an excellent job repairing the electrical problems with my front gates. He was on time, and very knowledgeable and discovered the faults promptly. His work was first class and l was so impressed l asked him to service my burglar alarm which he did. I have no hesitation in recommending him to family and friends.

Our second experience working with A11 Security and just as positive as the first. After previously having an alarm and CCTV system installed, this time we had automated gates fitted. Darren is friendly, approachable and very easy to talk to. He is extremely knowledgeable about all the potential options available and as a result was able to tailor a solution to our exact requirements. The work was completed on time and Darren even installed an upgrade to the master locking system at no extra cost to ourselves. We would not hesitate to highly recommend his services. 10/10 for outstanding service, quality, knowledge and experience.

Darren has recently nstalled a new alarm and camera system at my home. He listened carefully to our needs and provided a great solution offering good value for money. He completed the installation with great care and attention to detail. He is a great communicator. He took time to ensure that we thoroughly understood the operation of our new system not only adding his written comments to the instruction manual but also leaving us with a video of its operation for reference in our own time. In summary, I have found Darren to be personable, professional and entirely reliable. I recommend him without reservation.
