This place is incredibly friendly and the staff are always smiling and helpful with any questions I have. The person behind the reception desk (on 1/2/23 between 12.30pm and 1pm) even remembered my dogs name (Mango). Thank you very much for being so helpful and polite :) Lovely place

Vets4Pets - Watford Century
Our dog is very nervous but the nurse (actually not sure if she was a vet or nurse but seemed very knowledgeable) was very understanding, helpful and gave us all the information we required before the operation including helping with our request for advice about tablets for an anxious dog. The receptionist was also very helpful.

The vet we saw was lovely and very friendly with my dog. The lady who I spoke to at reception was very helpful and friendly, and talked me through everything very clearly.

Very stressless as reception staff and nurse were very prompt with time and very friendly. Staff showed knowledge in regards to my visit and showed care,very receptive to talk to during the appointment in regards to my concerns. I left feeling very assured as information and instructions given was very clear. My bill was lower than I expected.All in all very happy with the service that I received

Keep away from this clinic this people is simply thefts!!!!,take money in front before visit so is very strange I have apartment at 18 o'clock Saturday my car is broke in middle of way I call to reception but nobody is answer now I must pay again for health check!!!! I must live very bad reviews everywhere tzn scamadviser and trust pilot because pets need trust and care from good and true people

We’ve decided not to go to this vet anymore due to the appalling reception staff and general handling. We will be taking our business elsewhere as vets need to show compassion, professionalism and knowledge and unfortunately that’s not the case here and to top it up the receptionists are awful! Please change your receptionists if you wish to keep customers - people don’t pay for ill treatment by your staff.

Helpful staff and they are good at fitting emergency appointments in. Good care service provided for pets ( I have 4 cats ). Prices are fine e.g £50 for anti biotic shot ( cat) Recommend them.

My pet been looked after explained what happened and what will happen. We still care on with the treatment as we had broken leg unfortunately. All good we are happy. Thank you
