Load & Go

I first heard of this company as they came to remove rubbish from having a kitchen fitted. I asked them to quote for another area of rubbish from a building project/mixed materials/rubbish. They were able to check everything, give an estimate and would call when they were able to come and collect this. I later recieved a message stating when they could do this. I agreed for them to collect, which they did. Everything was collected and I am very happy with their service. Not only are they cheaper than a skip, they do the loading too. Thank you Al and team for a job well done from a happy customer. Will recommend you and come back to you if needed in the future.

Allen is amazing... whenever we need help with excess rubbish and recycling he is happy to come! I can’t get out so he is able to collect from my balcony or liaise with my cleaning company to collect. He’s prompt, friendly and affordable! We've used this van service to clear stuff from our property several times now, and each time the experience has been great. It makes a lot of difference when the people who turn up are really friendly.The job they've done each time has been excellent - fast, thorough and no nonsense. What started as a Saturday morning sorting out the garage soon escalated into a ruthless removal of all those might come in handy treasures which have been hoarded away for the last 20 years. Living in a suburb of a city with on street parking getting a skip outside my property is a tricky process, so a collection service was a far better option for disposal of my rubbish. A quick google search lead me to Load and go, One quick phone call on Saturday morning and by Midday on Monday the Rubbish was cleared from the side of my property leaving no evidence of it ever being there.Allen and Molly arrived at the arranged time in a well presented sign written vehicle and both wearing branded workwear. This professional look was backed up with a very friendly and cheerful approach to their work, and in less then 30 minutes my hoard of Garage treasures are gone. An all round excellent service and certainly won't hesitate to use again in the future.

Excellent service and friendly staff. I had such a mixture of old rubbish that I needed taken away and they took it all! Will definitely use Load & Go again and much cheaper than hiring a skip.

Surely zero stars should be an option? Having read some of the poor reviews I only went to this company on a recommendation. That was my first mistake.Well all I can say is that my experience was shocking. Messed me about for weeks. Had to chase for any reply. Was told could collect on either of two days, never confirmed when, asked could we agree date/time the following week, nothing, totally blanked. Disappointing and disgusting service.

Spoke to Load & go who were very friendly and came around quickly to access our rubbish and give a quote. The quote was good value for the amount of rubbish and everything was taken away very quickly. Highly recommend!
