The best gym! Me and my boys travel a fair distance to be coached by Seb. Great atmosphere and environment for all.

SPG is amazing, we travel so my daughter can train there and it is well worth it. Seb is great with the kids and adults as well. There also a great sense of community amongst everyone who goes there as well as the parents. Overall it’s a great place to be. The kids just keep getting better which is evidenced by all the medals won by the kids at the recent Junior World Championships!

My son has been going for lessons since last year. He LOVES the sessions, and his self-confidence has really improved, now he understands how to handle himself against an opponent. It also gives me peace of mind because of the self defence aspect.Seb is a brilliant teacher, and his approach with the kids really instills discipline and respect for each other. Would highly recommend!

Having brought my son here to build his resilience I didn’t know what to expect, but 4 months on he is a changed boy, open to new experiences, embracing adversity and soon to compete in his first competition. The lessons Seb teaches these kids are what they need in todays world. Respect, work ethic, and perseverance. It became the one sport he wouldn’t complain about doing, and from this he has started to try new sports with a fresh perspective. I too have now started to learn and find it addictive and mind blowing! Seb is a brilliant teacher and the whole community at the club is fantastic. Highly recommend for everyone regardless of size/ age/ ability.

Best gym going! Coach is amazing, everyone there are super friendly one of the best decisions i made was joining this gym its like one big family 1000% recommend if your thinking of starting a martial art!!
