Such great customer service. Great advice.

Went on our yearly holiday to Wales and the second day my car had a water leak. Was recommended to take my car to this garage in Tywyn and Wyn was fantastic. Repaired everything to get it back on the road for me to safely get home. Kept us well updated throughout and did a thorough check of the car to see what the issue was. Very affordable prices for the work done and great service. Would highly recommend!

I was disappointed that communications from Gwalia garage felt unfriendly and misleading. I was given an exact quote for a specific part and fitting and then charged twice the amount without any communication, which I then had no choice but to pay.

I normally use contacts I Midlands. and only very occasionally to in Wales as this suited my working in England. .The Welsh garage is second generation and seem very keen to help when I need their services.

Cheers lads. Pulled it back.. they fixed the problem and ended the story well..Honest and decent price for the work done, just a shame it took longer than I'd have liked..

My gwalia garage story so far..Engine management lights come on so book the van in.. 2 weeks as they're very busy.. fair2 weeks later they take van in and I receive an SMS about 5h later.. diagnostic complete - egr valve problem - ready to collectQuick call - did you fix the problem? No come back in a week and we'll fix it1 week later the egr valve has been changed but we've found a further problem - fair - can you fix it ? Yeah bring it back next week and we'll do it1 week later - did you fix the problem? No didn't get to start the vehicle today, will be tomorrowTomorrow comes and at 4pm I call.. is it ready - probably by the end of the day - I turn up and it's still in bitsIt'll be ready tomorrow!Come to collect the van out of hours and the key hasn't been left where arrangedWyn comes round to give me the key - great of him as it's now Sunday eveningHappy now, I turn the key and the van is still in the same situation as when I called them now 4 weeks agoLet's see where this story goes from here, I'm hoping you'll pull it out of the bagI'm giving 2 stars as they've been great at facilitating the fact that I live in the van and have needed in and out daily to sleep and eat

Bit of bad luck and had a flat tyre whilst on golf holiday, Phil the manager was a true hero and went above and beyond to help. They were swamped during peak holiday season but Phil managed to find a solution. Cheers Phil!
