So good! We order from here all the time and just love it! Staff are really friendly when you go in and the delivery is always quick when ordering online.

waited over two hours for a delivery. we only ordered two milkshakes; I've worked in a dessert restaurant before and can safely say two milkshakes do not take two hours to make. Called up to complain and was spoken over by some rude little woman on the other side. waste of time.

On a good, this place is really nice with generous portion sizes. However, there have been a few occasions where they miss items or they have been running out so made do with whatever they had.

Ordered tonight as a birthday treat for me daughter, 2 adults and 4 kids all had desserts and no one was disappointed. Very rich and indulgent no one finished the whole portion but all were very pleased with their choices including my very picky sister, even she couldn't fault the waffle that she had and took the remainder home for later. Quick delivery and using the Uber 40% off coupon was also a great price for what we had. Thanks oh fudge will definitely be back.

Ordered several times. Usually happy with everything. Last time we ordered we waited over an hour for delivery. Then, they decided to cancel the order in the Uber eats app with no explanation. I called 2 or 3 times to find out what was happening and the didn't answer. Might not order from them again now. Wasted our time.

Had several items from here. Pamersan cookie dough waffles and milk shakes are 10/10!! How ever the pizza was absolutely drastic. Worst pizza Ive had in west Yorkshire would not advise it. The beef mince was chunks, chicken tasted rubbery cheese tasted like plastic. Base was cooked toppings and cheese where barely melted, toppings spread very un evenly. Would not recommend or return especially for pizza! They need a new pizza chef!

Ordered in august, they called us as they were out of stock on nearly everything, so order was cancelled. They told Uber eats I’d cancelled it! Therefore pocketing the money and receiving nothing for it, ultimately it’s fraud. Won’t ever use again as can’t afford to give £25 to companies for the laugh of it

Waited 2 hours for food after calling twice to ask where it was, when it arrived there were items missing and we had been given beef lasagne instead of vegetable. Driver arrived back with missing items and was quite unhelpful. Won't be ordering again.

Ordered last night normally everything is great from here but unfortunately the service wasn’t. Ordered through Uber eats as normal and the items where clearly someone else’s order, mistakes happen but when I called up oh fudge they did the classic “it’s not our problem you’ll have to call Uber”. I’m annoyed at this as when you order through Uber eats you get a PIN code to tell the driver, the PIN code was correct when I told him it so that tells me oh fudge clearly passed the driver the wrong order to deliver! The person at oh fudge didn’t seem bothered at all and just kept saying we have nothing to do with the drivers and couldn’t wait to get off the phone instead…..just poor attitude really, own up to your mistake instead of blaming the driver, I would of respected that at least.
