The receptionist is lovely and super helpful . Emma did my procedure and she was professional. She explained everything perfectly and she knew how to do her job. I highly recommend this treatment and this clinic.

Fantastic!!! Got a cancelled appointment. I had used Otex to clean my ears and had coated the ear drum with sludge! Mr Sweeney performed quite a tricky job brilliantly. I will be forever grateful.

Sharon was lovely and gave me good advice to help with ear wax going forward.Was easy to remove if your worried about going don't be as every step of the way Sharon tells you what to expect ( completely painless) .Reception was lovely.Christine

Emma was reassuringly simple in the way she explained the process for remedying my ear wax issue (micro-suction) so that I was left in no doubt regarding what exactly would be done. One ear presented her with more of a challenge than the other however she gave it the extra time needed so that the overall result on both sides was equal. She was also calm and pragmatic in her style of delivery. Great work, many thanks for the resolution.

On and off for the last 2 years now I’ve using the superb service provided by kingsbridge in Abbots cross branch .. after trying out both Hollywood and lisburn road branch the service and attention to detail in abbots cross is second to none . Better for parking also .. but staff are professional and most of all friendly and attentive .. keep up the good work girls …. 10 out 10 …
