Total Living Care

We chose to use Total Living Care because when we hit a crisis with my parents over the Christmas period, they were the only carers who answered the phone! However, we feel lucky that they did and have never regretted engaging them to look after my parents.The management have always been really responsive and helpful, dealing with challenges promptly and effectively; and the staff who do the front line caring have been just that... really caring. They have treated my parents with dignity, respect and a clear process-led approach to whatever is thrown up. I have also noted that the carers have total support from their management.My parents have now had to move on to residential care, so we are regretfully saying goodbye to Total Living Care, but would unreservedly recommend them.

Total Living Care looked after my grandma and the care she had was outstanding the carers where all lovely that she had come to her, in the winter time they go beyond the call off duty and still managed to get to her call done outstanding service fabulous company and lovely management and carers

Total Living Care have been superb since my Mother had to move in with us following her extended stay in hospital recovering from Covid 19. All of the carers are kind, courteous and professional and the owners equally so. They have made a very difficult time much easier for our whole family.
