All the staff here are friendly and helpful. Dr. Patel, who conducted the eye test for me, is professional. Sairah, along with another female staff member, provided me with advice to choose the right frame. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience with exceptional customer service. 5 stars!

Young guy (from near Haslemere) was a legend! Glasses had lost a screw, I was leaving to get to Paris, desperately needed my glasses fixed and the store opened at 8am. Rushed to get there and the young guy was friendly, fast and fixed the screw for free and with a smile. Very happy! Thank-you.

The lense was much thicker than expected even if I chose the thinnest lense. Then they charged me more to remake it. Later I was told the glass was lost in delivery…..

Wish I could give them 0 stars, very rude and unprofessional staff. They kept us waiting for an eye appointment, then they said that nobody booked an eye test for us and it’s nothing available for today. We went outside, we checked the website, we found a slot, we booked it, we went inside and the staff told us that they can’t see the appointment on their system. We will make a complaint to customer service.

I visited the store yesterday after my work. I primarily went for an eye test as I was pressed for time and couldn't purchase glasses immediately. Smooth process and excellent service provided by the friendly consultants, opticians, and optometrists. I need to return to select and purchase glasses

Visited this store this morning as a screw from my glasses had fallen out, causing one of the lenses to come out. Although I did not purchase my glasses from here, Jose was quick to help me and fixed the glasses in a matter of minutes! Very pleased with this service, thank you so much Jose!
