Total Paws has been looking after my dogs for over three years. The service they provide is consistently of the highest standard - professional, reliable, friendly and knowledgeable. Total Paws looks after my dogs daily and have also done pet sits when I’ve been away from home. Total Paws has also supported me in emergency situations, for example, helping me take my injured dog to the emergency vet at midnight on a weekend. I see first hand how much my dogs love Keith, Natalie and all of their staff. My dogs love the fun, attention and care they receive. I appreciate the photos and regular updates I get when my dogs are in their care. I can’t imagine what I would do without Total Paws-my gang and I wholeheartedly recommend them without reservation.

Natalie and her fantastic team have been our go-to dog walkers for the past 5 years, and they are absolutely incredible. I wouldn't entrust my dogs to anyone else. Nat, Keith, and Emma have a genuine love for our furry companions, showering them with care and affection. Their punctuality and commitment to providing our dogs with diverse island adventures are unmatched. I can't express enough gratitude for the wonderful service they've provided. Highly recommended! I was so lucky to find Total Paws back in 2021. I was very apprehensive about leaving my dogs with anyone after a previous disaster! Natalie was totally professional and caring. She assured me my dogs would be in good hands while on holiday. Jess has been amazing at looking after the dogs. We received daily photo updates while away. We continue to use Jess as the dogs love her.

I used Total Paws for over 3 years before I moved away from Kent. I do not have the words to express how happy I was with their service. They were absolutely amazing with both of my dogs, one of which particularly had fear aggression, and became a much happier, more relaxed, and more confident dog after being walked by Natalie. They were exemplary during Covid, taking every precaution they could to keep us safe. Their communication was excellent, they never let me down, and they cared for my dogs like their own.Natalie and Keith have became very good friends and were a huge support to me through some very difficult times.

Total paws have become family, not only is their professionalism commendable, their compassion and care is one of a kind. They support our needs and they have also supported our Freddies journey with his medical battle aswell as any personal events we have had. Our Freddie loves his walks and although he can be very mad and excitable we trust that he is well looked after and we are fully updated during or after his walks or care. No detail is missed out and Natalie ensures that her team are fully up to date with any needs or requests we have.

Can’t recommend Total paws dog walking enough! Great friendly, reliable, committed business to walk our dog Loki! Prompt invoices with who is walking our dog the upcoming week and updates daily with videos and pictures of him enjoying himself on walks! Any changes to plans we are updated as soon as they arise with a solution straight away!! The team is a true credit to the business!! What we love about Total Paws and Training Ltd, and the way Natalie runs her business, is the personal touch. Natalie is clearly not just doing this for making money but for her true love of dogs which is clear to see. The personal touch….. I mean easy to get hold of and discuss our dog coco and what is best for her, easy booking and flexible with any changes due to our working patterns and always on hand for doggie advice due to her vast experience.Natalie only employs excellent dog walkers who are also committed to their roles and very experienced with dogs, which puts our minds at rest as we have a nervous dog.What is also great is when the dog walker comes to take coco for a walk we get a little update on how the walk went and some photos each time.Total Paws, as well as dog walking, provides dog training, pet sitting and looking after others animals such as cats. We have reached out to Natalie to cover with feeding our cats/changing cat litter while we are on holiday a few times now and again the people who came to our house to look after our Pixie and Tommy were always very caring and provided regular updates.An excellent all round service and would not want to use any other now we have found Total Paws.
