The customer service at Thors Trees has been friendly and professional from the start (even when I needed to cancel an appointment at short notice due to illness). You can always get hold of someone and they are more than willing to help.The work on the day was fabulous. I had the lovely Dan, Harrison and Tom attend on the day. They were punctual, friendly and had a wealth of knowledge that they were willing to share. They made sure to keep checking that I was happy with the work at each stage, gave me advice, carried out the work to a high standard and cleaned-up when finished.I would definitely be using Thor's Trees again and would happily recommend them.

Absolutely delighted with the work the team completed today on our trees, experienced, professional, polite and friendly. Lawrence spent time to ensure we were happy with the quote, booked us in and came to get the team of 12 started on extensive job on our trees, Chris, Harrison, Lewis and all the team were absolutely brilliant, they finished on time, with the garden left clean and tidy. Highly recommended.

I would genuinely recommend Thors Trees. Lawrence came to survey my trees, wrote up the quote there and then, and discussed it all with me rather than having to wait days or weeks for the quote to come back. Booking was simple and easy to set up and I had an email showing who the lead arborist would be on the day which was a great touch. Today, Lewis and Chris’s team came over and did a top quality job. The team were incredibly knowledgeable, very professional, and would ask me to check the work to ensure it met my expectations. The team of 5 tackled 11 trees in a day and cleared up all the offcuts in my garden as well as my next door neighbours front gardens. Thor's Trees gave an excellent service from the initial contact to completion of the work. On site, the staff were cheerful and hardworking. The garden was left in a very tidy state and the work was completed rapidly and to my complete satisfaction.

Thor's trees did an excellent job from start to finish. I made web enquiry over the weekend, I got a call on Monday morning, and the next day a team member came out to survey the job and provide a quote. The price was fair and we booked the job for the following week. The guys arrived on time and did a fantastic job with no mess. We had 2 trees cut down and removed including stumps, and you wouldn't know they had ever been there. Friendly, knowledgeable team, highly recommended.

I have twice had work done by Thor's Trees. Each time they have been prompt, efficient and have completed the job smoothly and without fuss. I will have no hesitation in re-booking them the next time I want tree work done.

Marvin and the team were fantastic from start to finish. Great communication throughout the whole process and their tree work was wonderful. They worked relentlessly and had a tricky job completed swiftly and to a very high standard.Cleared everything perfectly as if they’d never been there. And on top of all of that the quote was very competitive - very highly recommended!

We had 2 giant conifers at the end of the garden, they were getting taller than the house and were blocking the natural light.Adam and his team were very professional and seem to enjoy their job. They completed the job in 2days, tidied up and were punctual on both days. We would recommend this team to all who are in need of a great arborists. Thank you and well done x
