Went in for coffee with our family card to be informed that there is a charge at weekends! When else can families meet?I was disappointed as the coffee is not that good but acceptable if free of charge. Call me a skinflint if you must, but I would rather pay for a cup of fresh coffee ☕️ at a dedicated shop where you are not getting mass-produced stuff.

First time in here in about 20 years. We were picking up more bedroom furniture for a client who loved his new bedroom furniture that much he decided to do his other bedroom. Brilliant place, pick up in 5 minutes, and coffee was great as well.

Good place where you can get most of the furniture and household items you need. A few things I learnt:1. Measure your space properly and have an idea of what you want to have there2. Take a tape measure with you when visiting IKEA3. Visit Circular Hub first as there may an item you are looking for in good condition.4. Take your time in the showroom, some items may not be in the same category, but could be scattered all over the place in small decorated rooms5. Take a picture with the label of the item you like or add the specific ID number to your shopping list in the app, it will make it easier for you to find it in store later6. If you don't have a screwdriver or power tool, consider getting a FIXA pack or an electric screwdriver, it would really speed up your assembly process7. Make sure you are really happy with an item before buying it! Even though IKEA says that items can be returned easily in the next 365 days, they have to be in the original packaging and basically unopened! Once you start assembling and want to return you can get a maximum refund of 50-60% of the original value. Even if it looks and functions like new.8. If you are planning to buy lots of things and need the same day delivery consider renting a van as it can be cheaper and more convenient.

If you like furniture and want an all day Escape Room experience, this is the place to go. There's never any signs to direct you to specific parts of the shop (to get out of the show room).I spent an hour getting lost trying to find the click and collect tills. They're right by the exit. Wasn't signposted in anyway, you only seen it when you go past the tills to the exit. Some stuff is really nice and worth the money, but the what used to be cheap tat is now no longer cheap. An item wasn't in my click and collect order and didn't know until I started unloading the trolley they gave me. Had to trawl all the way back and wait half an hour for a staff member to find it somewhere in the show room. Staff member said that it changes so often that even they get lost. It's an extremely overwhelming place to be and feels awfully claustrophobic. Definitely not a place for anyone who has sensory issues at all. I've always tried to avoid going in as much as possible, preferring ordering online for delivery. They didn't have an item in stock that I needed and couldn't click and collect. Resorted to £40 delivery for 2 flat packs which was the discount I was given as a family member, and as it was classed as large goods" couldn't get free delivery :("

It's an IKEA.Go in for one thing, loose track of time as you snake through, come out with five more things you suddenly needed".Then go to the café. And just a quick trip back in to buy frozen meatballs.Always allow 3 hours for that 10 minute purchase."

Staff were brilliant and went above and beyond to help me sort out getting the sofa we wanted (there was limited stock on some covers so it took maybe half an hour for them to find a colour that had the full set). I really struggle with interacting with strangers, but they were lovely and helpful. Big thank you to Sergio and Ian!

Practical stylish and affordable furniture. You can also get your breakfast or lunch.Meatballs are the best!I was looking for sliding doors for a bedroom wardrobe. PAX is one range, but I'll probably go for the Skytta.
